hi everyone it’s Kaylee from gluten-free Runner today I’m going to share my recipe for the perfect gluten-free vanilla cupcakes these cupcakes are so good even my gluten eating family members couldn’t tell the difference these cupcakes are perfectly moist and dense just like the classic grocery.

Store cupcakes here’s what you need as always feel free to pause and take a screenshot so you can follow along these ingredients are also in the description hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do let’s get started first preheat your oven to 350 and either line a cupcake pan with muffin tins or spray a cake pan this can be used for cupcakes.

As well as cakes start by pouring your half2 cup of oil into a bowl I’m using avocado oil but you can use whatever you want and then you’re going to beet that together with your granulated sugar I’m using a handheld mixer but you can stir it with your hands by yourself with a standing mixer whatever you want once it’s about that consistency.

You’re going to add in two whole eggs and you’re going to beat that too now I’m using this bulbs Redmill gluten-free one to1 flour it’s my favorite if your flour isn’t a one to one flour make sure that you do the proper amount of zanth and gum for your specific flour you can usually Google it and it’ll come up or sometimes there’s.

Instructions for Zan and gum on the back of the packaging now I’m just going to add in my baking powder salt vanilla and milk once all my ingredients are in the bowl yep that’s the beauty of this recipe folks only one bowl to get dirty I’m going to beat everything else all together.

Mix it until it’s nice and well combined and don’t be afraid to taste test the batter too it’s totally worth it it’s so good now I’m going to use a cookie scoop to scoop the batter into the cupcake tins I’m just filling them about 3/4 of the way full just eyeballing it it doesn’t need to be too serious they shouldn’t bubble over or anything either.

When of the things I love most is how you can customize these for any birthday or holiday I’m so excited that I can finally have gluten-free birthday cakes and cupcakes that taste just as good as the real deal plus like I said before my gluten eating family tried it and they didn’t even know it was glutenfree here it is so beautiful now.

I’m going to pop it into the oven at 350 and I’m going to bake them for about 20 minutes or until they’re just perfectly gold here’s my cute little pug apron that I got for my birthday if you saw my haul you’ll remember it look at that they’re perfectly rounded just take a minute to admire how beautiful that.

Is you’re going to want to make sure that they bounce back slightly and they should be ready look how beautiful you’re going to let them sit on the counter and cool for 5 minutes in the pan then you can put them on a plate and once they’re fully cooled you can start to D decorate them this is my favorite part I put some vanilla frosting in a.

Piping Bag and I just did a bunch of different designs and I had fun with it use whatever flavor of frosting you want you can even stab it into the middle and fill it with frosting if you want you can do chocolate or vanilla you can decorate these for different holidays birthdays or just because and of course don’t forget to add.

Sprinkles and maybe even a cherry on top if you want this is the best part of the cupcake guys have fun look how pretty she is okay now let’s do the other ones I’ll let you guys admire some ASMR decorating look how amazing these cupcakes turned out they look so cute and they taste even better here’s my taste.

Testing and of course store them in a an airtight container for 3 Days on the counter you can put them in the fridge if you want but it really won’t change anything don’t worry though they won’t last long anyway you’ll eat them all before then hope you guys enjoyed this video remember to like And subscribe and comment for more gluten-free goodness.

I’ve got a ton more videos coming your way thanks for watching see you guys next time
