Indulge Without Fear: A Culinary Journey Through Paradise Island’s Gluten-Free Delights

Hello hello and welcome back the Bahamas is a bucket list destination for a warm and relaxing getaway i had been with my family a few times before being diagnosed with celiac disease so I was really curious to see how different it would be after my diagnosis we went for a long weekend and it was so fun enjoying the warm weather at the beach.

Exploring the many pools around Atlantis and trying out the water park of course I was a bit nervous about the gluten-free accommodations because it’s never fun to stress out about what you’re eating on vacation that is supposed to be relaxing but I actually had a great time i’m going to share the five restaurants that I personally ate.

At while saving my favorite meal for last so stay tuned as always I have celiac disease and I’m sharing my personal experience i felt confident eating at these restaurants but always do your own research and ask your own questions to ensure they meet your specific needs as things can always change now let’s get into it bamini Road.

Was our first stop of the whole trip and we came here right after a long travel day it’s conveniently located within the Marina Village at Atlantis and it’s pretty big so they can accommodate big parties personally I had a great experience here and it was better than I expected the menu had some gluten-free markings but when I told the server.

About my celiac disease and that I was sensitive to cross contact he notified the chef who came out from the kitchen to speak with me directly and in this case I used severe gluten allergy because they are trained in allergy information and I did find it to be standard over the next few days that when I said allergy I was usually going.

To speak with someone from management which is great anyways the chef was incredibly helpful and nice and she even pointed out more options that she could make for me that weren’t listed on the menu she said that I could have the burger with a gluten-free bun as well as fries from a dedicated fryer she understood the severity of cross contact.

And said she would make my meal herself it was truly so kind anyways the burger came out later than expected but it was so good the bun fell apart so quickly so you know it was gluten-free salon is a Mediterranean inspired restaurant located in the heart of the Atlantis Casino we did make a reservation ahead of time which is recommended to enjoy.

The fusion of the Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine and the dress code is also resort casual which is just something to note the menu was marked with allergens including gluten-free after I mentioned celiac disease slashgluten allergy to the server the chef came out to speak with me and he was very knowledgeable about crosscont.

And what could be made safely i ordered the salad with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious and real quick if you’re liking this video don’t forget to like and subscribe to see more gluten-free travel and really help me connect with more people thank you murray’s Deli is a classic New York style deli located in Atlantis Paradise.

Island it’s near the Marina Village they don’t have a super extensive gluten-free menu but they were perfect to grab takeout when I ordered takeout from the side counter I spoke with the chef after mentioning celiac/gluten allergy and she asked about cross contact herself i asked so many questions about how the bread was heated and she clarified that.

The gluten-free bread is heated on a separate and clean surface in the toaster and she even used fresh ingredients to avoid any cross contact on the line i got a turkey sandwich and it was really delicious and pretty filling they also sold Lays potato chips that were marked gluten-free and those were classic carmine’s is a popular.

Familystyle Italian restaurant known for its generous portions and warm atmosphere located in the Marina Village at Atlantis the server confirmed that the chef could make my order gluten-free without any cross contact and he even brought out some gluten-free bread at first I was underwhelmed with the bread because it literally looked like.

Packaged bread it probably was but oh my goodness it was pretty good also this is my warning to you that they mean it when they say family style the portions are huge we ordered the chicken parm but just had to modify the chicken to be grilled not fried it was so amazing and the flowerless chocolate cake was fantastic but again huge we had such a.

Great night here and really recommend it especially if you’re traveling with a big group shark Bites was my absolute favorite restaurant in the Bahamas it was perfect to have for lunch and I think I went there every single day it’s a very casual restaurant located inside Atlantis Paradise Island near the Mayan Temple Pool the chef came out to speak.

With me every time and he assured me that he knew about celiac disease and cross contact and he even prompted me to order the fries because he knew they had a dedicated gluten-free fryer going for lunch every day meant I got to try a lot including the salad with salmon fries nachos and a burger i will say the gluten-free bun was definitely.

Gluten-free if you know you know but everything was honestly delicious and it was really so nice to have a casual convenient lunch by the pool we stayed at the Comfort Suites Paradise Island which is a hotel next to Atlantis that offers full access to all of the Atlantis Paradise Island amenities and we actually paid with points for this.
