From Flour to Fabulous: My First Adventure in Gluten-Free Coconut Baking!

Hey guys welcome back to the channel and in today’s video we will be making some coconut bread yes organic coconut bread here we have some coconut meat some soaked chia seed and some soaked flax seed these are basically the Main Ingredients um so without any further Ado let’s get straight into the.

Action firstly we are going to blend puree our coconut meat into a milk we’re going to add some water we’re also going to add our flax seed and some of that chia seed all right once that’s completed then we’re going to get our clean mixing.

Bowl and pour that in we’re going to add the balance of our chair so soaked chia seed any salt of your choice and to taste in this case I’m using some sea salt and give that a mix coconut oil about4 of a cup and give that a mix all right so I’m going to get the Whisk.

To mix that in and now we’re going to start incorporating our dry ingredients so we’re going to go in with some baking powder and we are sifting this this is our Rising agent and then we’re going to mix along with that before I mix I’m going to also add a teaspoon.

Of baking soda and then we mix want to fold it in to help me go a little faster I usually like to use the whis and then same procedure with our flour so what I’m going to do I’m going to just mix it out as I go and we’re going to do this until we.

Have a nicely formed dough just like this so once we have this now this is very soft and nice we’re going to and as you know it’s glutenfree so it wouldn’t bind the dough wouldn’t bind and form a lump like this similar to the gluten.

I think that’s a little too much so I’m going to remove some of that that should be it and then we’re going to go in now with our dough okay now compact it a bit at the bottom I need this one to come out as though it’s really a d a.

Bread all right so with that being done I’m going to go in with some coconut cream and just giving the a smooth finish whil adding some amount of moisture all right so I’m going to cover it and set it aside for about half an hour all right so this is.

It Moment of Truth so it’s still hot oo wo I don’t know if I’m too eager but it’s still hot okay it’s crumbling apart did I feel or it’s because it’s still hot
