Gluten-Free Gastronomy: A Day in My Deliciously Coeliac-Friendly Diet
good morning I’m watching also excuse my voice I’m a little under the weather um and woke up not that long ago but I’m watching Love Island UK so now I’ve got an accent that is terrible um but I just keep thinking thoughts in that I’m not speaking to anyone obviously um but in.
My head when I’m you know speaking I’m speaking in an accent so I think I might need to give myself a break from this from a little bit just because who do I think I am but anyway it’s Friday um I actually took the day off of work today so I’m thinking of doing a um what I eat in a day gluten-free addition um so I think I’ll take you on.
That um so I think we can do that together I don’t have anything planned for the day so it’ll just be some meal ideas for anyone who’s going gluten-free or has autoimmune disease or anything like that um so if you saw my last video you’ll understand why this is how I eat all right let’s go so I’m going to make avocado toast for.
Breakfast and I thought I was filming me putting it in here and doing all that but I apparently I didn’t so I’ve just got an egg that I’m frying salt 21 salute seasoning and garlic powder while that’s going I’m going to also um put some toast to toast I’ve got some.
Glutenfree sourdough theread which which is actually really good um compared to every other bread that I’ve tried so I’m just going to pop that in the toaster I usually put it a little bit higher because gluten-free bread doesn’t really toast all that well so I make it a little bit higher just so that it gets a little bit more toasted then I’ll just.
Flip it around because the full thing doesn’t fit in there and I will um do the other side we’ve got our toast which is actually more toasted than I thought it was going to be we’re going to cut an avocado o not looking great Ian there’s nothing wrong with Browning.
Avocado but not for me okay so just cut off some of the pieces that didn’t look so good now I’m going to h I’m going to.
Do everything but the bagel on this layer I’m going to add of my I ran out of I ran out of memory so I don’t know if that so for lunch I’m actually going to have half of this salad kit it’s the chopped Greek season.
Um and this actually what I meant to take to lunch but I didn’t go into work today so this chicken I’m going to just heat up and then the dressing is in here these kits are actually really good um I really enjoy getting these for lunch especially so there’s I normally get the regular chopped Caesar which is really good um I just feel like in.
General with the Caesar you just can’t go wrong and then I also get one that’s called sunflower crisp that is probably my favorite um so I get that one pretty often and it’s just an easy way to make meals and you can just remove the like the croutons that come in there um some of them there’s a a Mexican Caesar I think and that one comes with tortillas.
Which I can totally have as well um but yeah I just think these are good options and everything is packaged separately so if there’s a part that you don’t want to use you don’t which also makes it easy to have gluten-free meals when you can just kind of pick and choose what you want to put in the salad so I would definitely recommend these gluten-free.
Or not nah
