Pause and take a screenshot so that you can follow along too I’ll also put these ingredients is in the description below I am using this seasoning it’s an all-purpose Mexican blend it is glutenfree I like to use taco seasoning because it really brings out the flavors of the chili if you don’t have a taco seasoning like this you can use just any.

Other type of taco seasoning or make your own first we’re going to start by Browning our ground beef in a pan I like to use ground beef I’m using I think it’s 97% lean 3% fat um and I’m doing 2 lbs of it because I have a really big family but you can cut this in half and use just one pound you can use turkey you can use chicken or you can make this.

Vegan and use tofu or something else instead once it’s nice and brown all you have to do is sprinkle the seasoning on there now don’t be afraid to add a lot of seasoning seasoning is your friend with chili let me tell you you do not want a bland chili make sure to taste Ted it so that you’ve added enough seasoning here’s my crock pot it’s all.

Ready to go I have a liner in it don’t judge me for using the liner it makes cleaning it really good and easy so in the crock pot I’m just adding one can of drained corn one can of drained calini beans two cans of drained black beans two cans of diced tomatoes and you can add Pinto or kidney beans we didn’t have any but you can sub.

Out some of the beans for pinto beans or kidney beans and then you are going to add your diced tomatoes you don’t have to drain the diced tomatoes don’t worry give it a good mix really quick and then we’ll move on to the next step now here’s the real star of the show.

It’s tomato paste I’m going to add in a whole two cans of tomato paste I used two cans two 6 oz cans but you can only use one depending on what your preferences are the tomato paste makes it nice and thick and not runny or soupy and this is really really the star of the show it’s the secret ingredient you need the tomato paste and yeah don’t be.

Afraid to use the full can the full s 6 oz it makes all the difference now I’m going to add my perfectly seasoned ground beef into the crock pot and give it a good mix and then that’s it I put the lid on and I put it on low for 7 and 1 half hours now we have all day to enjoy cold weather activities like sledding and cozying up with a good book.

And Boom at the end of the day we have dinner waiting for us it’s super tasty and it turned out amazing look how thick it is it’s nice and thick it’s not soupy it’s not runny and it’s very hearty very cozy very delicious grab yourself a bowl and plate it up it tastes a amazing this is the perfect recipe for a cold cold day like we’re facing right now and even.

Better it’s gluten and dairy free now I’m basic so I just like Fritos with mine also Louisiana hot sauce but you could load it up like my mom with a whole bunch of cheese some gluten-free cornbread on the side this is amazing it’s super versatile super easy glutenfree my dad even made a chili corn dog with his you can put it with a.
