Savor the Flavors of Italy: A Gluten-Free Delight!

Today I’m going to show you. It’s a Sunday. I like making pasta on Sundays. Uh it’s the Italian and me, but we’re going to go ahead and spray our craft. And I am making my tuskin chicken and pasta. And it’s going to be gluten-free, sugar-free, guys. So, we’re all going to be good and healthy today. Going to add my chicken breast.

Bonus sandwich chicken breast. I have about five decent sized ones. Usually I do four if they’re big enough and stuff, but um go ahead and put those in there. I have one little straggler. So I’m going to put those five in there. Going to leave that chicken in the crock pot. And then we’re going to take a.

Bowl separately. Take a bowl. And in the bowl going to add a half a cup of chicken broth. and add in one cup of half and half. You could use heavy cream. You could use whatever you like as long as it’s a cream. I’m using a light half and half. One cup of that goes.

In. And I’m going to add in go ahead and add in two tablespoons of minced garlic. Minced garlic. And then a key parmesan cheese. Going to add in one whole cup of Parmesan cheese to our mixture. I’m going to go ahead and whisk this all together until it’s a nice creamy.

Consistency. And I’ll be right back, guys. Now, back to our main ingredient, our chicken. Going to add some salt. Oh my god. Some pepper. Some garlic powder. some onion powder. It’s about a tablespoon of each of those. Um except with the exception.

Of the uh salt and pepper. Obviously, the salt and pepper is about two teaspoons. Um going to go ahead and then I’m going to add in two tablespoon of butter. I use I can’t believe it’s soft butter the light kind. I’m just going to put about four of these little.

Scoops, tablespoon scoops right over top of our chicken. A nice buttery mixer. It doesn’t matter. That’s butter, right? So, we’re going to throw that in there. And then we’re going to take that lovely cheese mixture and kind of soupy mixture. We’re going to go ahead and pour it right over top of our chicken.

The butter got stuck to the bottom of our dish. Just kind of make sure this is like evened out over the whole thing and covering all that chicken in there. And now we’re going to go ahead and add in one cup of baby spinach. Fresh baby spinach. And then you can go ahead and just push.

It down a little bit in the top so it gets covered in that sauce as well. And then we are going to make this so easy. Sorry, my kids are playing in the background. So if you hear them, they’re not yelling at each other. They’re not in any kind of danger whatsoever. They’re basically just being kids and.

Playing. So, we do that. We are going good to go, guys. We’re just going to put the lid on. I’m going to set it and forget it on high for 4 hours. And I’ll see you back here in 4 hours. And we’re going to throw that pasta in there. And we’re going to have the perfect, yummy, delicious Sunday dinner.

Tuscan chicken and pasta. So, when there’s about 30 minutes left, I’m going to go ahead remove the lid. Going to go ahead and shred that chicken up nicely. It should shred falling apart, right? Going to shred all your chicken. And we’re going to go ahead and add in our pasta. I’m actually going to be using gluten-free.

Um, it’s brown rice pasta. Going to be using that and throw that in here for the remaining 30 minutes. And then everything will be done nicely all together. See back here when I add the pasta and it’s all done. Go ahead add our pasta in. Mix it really well in there so it gets into that cube so it cooks.

Better. And guys, if you have to, you can add either a little bit of water or maybe some more um half and half to it. and then we’ll have a complete meal. Okay. Okay, everyone. Here you go. Our water cockroin chicken and pasta is done. That spinach is melted down with it. Got that nice pasta in there.

Now the taste test. Look at all that chicken, guys. Oh my god, it smells delicious. They really need to invent smell vision because this is like the aroma in my house right now is delicious. It smells so good. Holy cow. So delicious. And it’s so healthy for you, too. And you could add Parmesan cheese.

More parmesan cheese. If you want to add more spinach to the top as well, let it melt in into it, even better. But guys, this is perfect the way it is, if you ask me. So, I hope you enjoyed this recipe. This is my Sunday dinner for me and my family. Um, I’m going to go enjoy it with them. Again, this is the water croc tuskin chicken and pasta. It’s.

Gluten-free, fat free, sugarree, dairy free. Um, so you’re golden. Enjoy, guys.
