He hey guys welcome back to my YouTube channel I’m Angeline wer if you’re new to this channel hello please make sure you hit that subscribe button turn on your post notifications that you can get notified anytime I drop a video like I’m about to do right here right now today.
For all of you guys as you can see we are back in my kitchen I know it’s been a minute so of course you know what time it is I’m about to drop another bomb recipe for you guys now imagine you wake up in the morning and you are really craving pancakes craps to be exact and you open up your pantry and you don’t have flour what do you do oh my gosh all.
You have is some cornflour guess what you whip yourself up some pancakes and I’m going to show you how to do it let’s take a look at today’s ingredients so first I’m going to put together all the dry ingredients that is the corn flour I’m going to need a measuring jug for this baking powder.
Sugar and cinnamon I’m going to put all this in a bowl I’m going to measure 1 and 1/2 cups of corn flour put that in the bowl and then I’m going to add in my 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder followed by the sugar 1 tbsp of.
Sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and then I’m going to mix all these dry ingredients together using my hands once that is done I’m going to begin working on the wet ingredients for the wet ingredients I’m going to need one egg so I’m going to break one egg into this plastic.
Bowl and then I’m going to add in 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter I’m going to whisk this together and then I’m going to add in almost 1 cup of warm milk whisk all this together and then I will add in some vanilla Essence then whisk all these ingredients together.
Again once that is done I’m going to bring back the dry ingredients make a well in the middle and pour in the wet ingredients and then using the fork I’m going to whisk everything together until I get a nice smooth consistency that is how it is looking at the end of it all the perfect consistency for.
Creps and then I’m going to let this rest for 15 minutes before I begin cooking 15 minutes later once the butter has rusted it is time to cook so I’m going to add in some butter in the pan and make sure this gets hot before I add in the pancake mix if you do not want the pancake mix to stick to.
The pan make sure the pan is hot before you pour in the pancake mix so once the butter and the pan are hot enough I will scoop a/4 cup and pour it in the pan and then I’m going to swirl it around just as you’re seeing in the video I’m going to swirl swirl swirl until it is well and evenly spread and then let it cook as you can see the.
Holes already forming and then now I am going to flip as I mentioned this flow has a tendency to sticking to the pan so again make sure the pan is hot so that you can have a smooth flip like this one looking really really good I’m going to do it a second time for you guys to see.
Make sure the pan is well oiled make sure it is hot enough and then pour in the pancake mix and your flip should be as easy as what you see on screen and this is the end result it smells good and trust me it tastes delicious so I’m going to top up with some bananas and some honey you can.
Use any toppings of your choice this looks really really delicious and also very very healthy and this is the end result looks really really good now 1 and 1/2 cups of cornflour should get you at least five creps and I’m going to be having mine.
