Hi guys welcome to my YouTube channel today my video I am going to be making a video ranking fast food and like how glutenfree inclusive they are because for the past almost 3 months I’ve been glutenfree um and it has improved my life and my quality of life and blah blah blah whatever I experienced a lot of bad symptoms when I was eating gluten.
And now I I literally have an experence them in 3 months which if you would have told me 4 months ago that I would never that I wouldn’t feel these symptoms uh I wouldn’t believe you so yeah we’re just going to get right into it uh I am ranking these based on um like how gluten in like if they offer nothing if there’s not a single thing gluten-free.
On the menu um if that you can get stuff but you have to say no bun um if there’s only like one item only if there’s a few items and then if you can get a whole meal um and some of them I’m going to put like some of them I’ve never had so I don’t know so yeah let’s get right into.
It A&W I’ve never had RB’s I I was going to like do a quick run over of all these I’m just going to do all the ones that I’ve never had I’m going to put them all right here never had Bojangles Boston Market okay these are things the I’m just going to do things that are around me Checkers are not I do not have a.
Checkers anywhere close by um churches there’s churches yes cookout don’t know what that is Culver I’ve never had Culver Del Taco we’re going to include it Denny’s Domino’s Dairy Queen eloo eloo Loco we don’t have that Firehouse Subs I’ve never been five guys I have in and- out Jack in the Box JY Mike Jimmy John’s.
Jollybee never been there they don’t have jollybee near me Long John Silvers I avoid it anyway um Mo they don’t have that near me noodles in company don’t have that near me Panda Panera okay Papa John’s why is this face marked out that chicken is not near me Penn Station is not near.
Me um and by not near me I’ve traveled this whole like this whole state like I’ve never seen any this anywhere I don’t know what Roy Rogers is schot Shake Shack sheets I don’t know what sheets is I don’t know what Skyline is but it says chili and chili is good chili is always great sh Steak and Shake Subway Swenson’s I’ve never done been.
There Taco Cabana torches tacos Waffle House I don’t know what waah Wawa is Wendy’s waterburger White Castle Wier schnitzel never been to Wings never been to Zak be’s White Castle okay these these are not going to be easy these are this is not going to be easy um I thought I knew a little bit more but I’m.
Only 3 months into this so let’s do some the ones that I very much know so um Raising Canes easy not a single thing there they have nothing gluten-free um cuz all of it cuz the fries are cooked in the same stuff as the chicken strips and etc.
Etc um yeah they don’t have like a grilled they don’t even have like a grilled chicken or anything like that so not a single thing at Raising Canes which uh I didn’t notice until right now um Chick-fil-A they have um they have one they have um you can get the grilled.
Chicken with a gluten-free bun it’s not on the menu but they have it um but the thing with that is that it comes with the grilled chicken in a container and the bun is uncooked and in its own like plastic like they don’t open it and make the burger you have to make it for yourself but they also have actually they also.
Have grilled chicken so I’m putting it back on a few I’m actually putting into a few items cuz they also have chicken nuggets they have grilled chicken nuggets and that’s gluten-free too um Chipotle I’m going to assume okay I guess I’m not great I guess I’m not great at this but this is my video um Chipotle I’m going to assume they have.
Um I’m going to assume that you can get other kinds of tortillas like a corn tortilla if you really wanted to but I I don’t go to chipot I’ve never eat eaten at Chipotle I’ve been there while someone else was getting food but I also wouldn’t choose to go there I’m also a really picky eaters so this video really isn’t for.
Everyone this is just for me I guess this is just for people like me like picky eaters and who are also gluten-free um Boston Market I’ve been there one time when like a million years ago and I don’t even remember what they had but I do know they have mashed potatoes so they have at least one item so we’re.
Going to put them on one item Burger King no bun they’ve got the no bun rule um yeah you just say hey can I have this burger no bun and but no fries you can’t get fries you can’t get anything else that sucks Carl’s Jr um I don’t know but I’m assuming it’s the same they probably.
Have salads and stuff you know but I don’t really eat salads um I do actually I actually do eat salads but salad it’s like I don’t know you need to eat more than just a salad Denny’s they’ve got nothing IHOP let’s go get IHOP IHOP has a gluten-free pancake but it’s cooked on the same stuff as the other pancakes and it.
Tastes like Play-Doh and it looks like Play-Doh and a lot of gluten-free pancakes may just be Play-Doh so that sucks um in it oh no I want to save the good ones for last um churches I’m sure they have mashed potatoes and like sides that are gluten-free cuz they’ll have like beans.
And and stuff like that but obviously things like fried corn nuggets are not gluten-free Del Taco I know they have um corn tortillas so I know they have you can probably get more than just one item at Del Taco but I don’t go there often that’s not my favorite taco place um Dairy Queen Dairy Queen only has one item it’s the.
Tacos but that’s okay I like that I like their tacos are fine um they also you can also get a no bun always um Water Burger no bun I um I went to Water Burger recently and got it no bun cuz I just really missed the certain type of burger one of the certain type of of burgers they had and yeah it was really.
Good Wendy’s they have a few items I think they have chili they have a baked potato um that’s two items that’s too um but yeah definitely recommend going to Wendy’s if you’re gluten-free um um yeah they you can get just like a bowl of chili Taco Bell they have gluten-free they have um their crunchy tacos all the.
Crunchy tacos all are gluten-free the uh nacho cheese one and the um other one regular one it’s very good Subway I’m putting it as only one item because they do have gluten-free buns but I’ve never had it because they’re only available in like certain Subways which I guess that’s fine whatever but like I just haven’t.
Been to that certain Subway where they have it yet so yeah um Sonic Sonic has the no bun rule um I wish they offered their chili in a bowl but they don’t so uh I don’t even I don’t even want to confess what I get I get a chili cheese Coney with no bun because I like their chili I like their chili um but yeah you can’t get fries can’t couldn’t couldn’t.
Really get anything anything else um Shake Shack they have a few items I loved Shake Shack I had Shake Shack when I was first starting out being gluten-free it was like my test to see if like I like tested it for a bit to see if I it was something that actually improved my life and it did so they have a gluten-free bun and they will make.
Your burger for you and I loved it it was very good it was so yummy it was so better than like a lettuce wrap um so down here I’m going to put all these pizza places that I know don’t have it cuz I know okay not a single thing sabaro uh I don’t know if Quiznos has.
Pizza Hut I know doesn’t have gluten-free because the place the pizza placees I work does have it and people come I’ve had people in my drive-thru um with a stack of pizza Hub pizzas and then ordering one gluten-free from Domino’s so yeah Domino’s has one gluten-free Jack in the Box I wish I could say that they had a.
Lot of gluten-free stuff because they’re tacos but the tacos I worked at the Jack at a Jack In The Box and I know they cross-contaminate their oil so it’s like do you want to test it probably not but you can always get a no bun Burger um um KFC they have mashed potatoes they have mashed potatoes I’m going to go a lot.
For mashed potatoes and like cuz they’re not fried with anything they’re they they’re whatever um McDonald’s is a no bun situation restaurant Panda Express I don’t know cuz I bet their rice is if they have rice normally would get the Chowan oh they have rice um if I’m sure their rice is but.
Um like soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and like all their sauce that they put on their meats isn’t so or it is I don’t know I just know Teriyaki soy sauce and teriyaki sauce are not gluten-free um yeah oh another pizza place they do not have does not have gluten-free um yeah In and Out Burger they have a few.
Items they have a Flying Dutchman they have protein style um those are both gluten-free Little Caesars does not have well actually Little Caesars has um they have wings I didn’t even think about if these other pizza places had wings but the wings are blah blah blah I don’t know I wish that they had Duncan.
On this list cuz Duncan has gluten-free snacks right now they have well all their drinks and syrups are made gluten-free with gluten-free ingredients and um the hot honey snack and bacon is gluten-free um Waffle House I’m assuming doesn’t have anything torches tacos and Taco Cabana.
I’m going to assume have corn tortillas um that you can ask for Long John Silvers I’m going to put under nothing because I know it’s all fried fish so yeah Popeyes is not a single thing because I used to love Popeyes well maybe you could have their mashed potatoes but I.
Don’t like their mashed potatoes so it doesn’t count but it does count if you like their mashed potatoes or if you like their other like sides um five guys I’m going to say instead of calling Five Guys this five guys I’m going to say this is muya because muya has a gluten-free bun and I it’s very good.
It’s very very good it’s very good I haven’t had oh my gosh I miss Burgers um Arby’s I don’t know about like I love Arby’s I wish I knew White Castle I’ve literally never been to White Castle the closest I’ve ever been to White Castle is literally the ones in the freezer so I actually need to put that down there schlot has um.
Like soup Panera also has soup so those are two gluten-free things that you can get soup um I don’t know maybe I need to like Google the menus of these last few cuz I want to know Arby’s I mean I’m sure I think Arby’s is going to go under no bun because you.
Probably could just eat a pound like you could just be like give me a meat meat Mount no bun and then they give you one of every meat they have um yeah but I don’t know about all these sandwich places Jersey miks and Jimmy John’s and Firehouse Subs and quiz nose and steak and shake and wiener snitel and Wing.
Stop and pot belly sandwich shop I could Google it real quick let’s pause so I’m Googling um this is how we’re going to do the last few I’m just going to Google them okay Firehouse Sub says there’s nothing so we’re going to nothing put that in nothing Jersey Mike’s glutenfree Jersey mik’s gluten.
Free Jersey Mike has glutenfree nice nice okay okay Slay Slay I’m going to put that under a few items cuz I’m sure they have bags of chips and uh lace potato chips plain lace Jimmy John’s gluten-free they do not offer gluten-free bread so we’re going to go just put it on no pot belly.
Gluten-free the kids chocolate milk is glutenfree what does that say I don’t want to get a free sandwich unless it’s gluten free okay so I’m assuming it’s a it’s a I’m assuming it’s a no because they said our salads are glutenfree Quizno’s.
Gluten-free yeah Quiznos has gone nothing this is a speed Round Steak and Shake does not have glutenfree I think Wier snle is going to be a no probably yep yeah wiener snitel is no and a Wing Stop is probably a no.
Because um I’ve never seen I’ve only seen breaded wings at Wing Stop so yes hope you guys enjoyed my lovely ranking videos ranking gluten-free restaurants no ranking fast food restaurants on if they’re glutenfree In-N-Out Burgers is at the top Shake Shack is also at the top no In-N-Out Burger is the is the winner oh.
And dominoes we need to put that one up there In-N-Out Burger is the winner because they’re they’re they don’t they literally don’t Grill any or they literally don’t fry anything else they literally take their potato put in thing go it goes straight into the fryer and there’s nothing else that’s fried in the fryer it’s amazing anyway thank you.
