Embracing Plant Power: A Gluten-Free Vegan Journey in Just Two Weeks!
Hi everybody what is going on I hope you’re well welcome back to another video and I’ve titled this one um gluten intolerance something along those lines um and I actually recorded this earlier in the sainsbury car park while I was shopping but I watched it back and I thought just speaking too quick for something that needs a bit more time um.
So I’m not official officially diagnosed with gluten int intolerance um I have to go to the doctor What I’ve Done um is an elimination guys so um I have to thank the vegan diet first and foremost for revealing this to me guys and how it revealed it to me is because guys um not only have I taken so much out of my.
Diet um I’ve had to carb up to get the calories in so um with the with the gluten I I I’d normally eat a lot of bread wraps muffins and you know um so symptoms went on overdrive basically and what symptoms am I talking about like uh sore watery eyes um uh sniffy nose um uh some some others as well but they they’ sort of.
Worsen towards the end of the day and I’ve had them for I’ve had them for years guys and um at sometimes worse than others um and I thought it maybe it’s just me it’s just something I’ve been able to disguise and sort of cover up and sort of get by um and then there’s things like you know.
Exercise that would bring my blood pressure down and not expose the symptoms so much um and then things to kind of offset it would be sort of limited caffeine limiting sugar intake cuz that would also sort of make the symptoms a bit um that would make them that would heighten the symptoms so i’ would always be sort.
Of cautious in those areas and and I never knew what it was guys and um where I’ve literally just cut it all out guys all the gluten I’m feeling much better especially towards the end of the day it’s like just gone Sunset well Sunset and I’m feeling good guys so normally I’d be a bit I the symptoms would be kicking in and I’d be you know uh sort.
Of not feeling too great guys but as I said you know if you if you’ve been living with something for years you’ve been sort of you’ve adapted to it and and you found ways to disguise into and as I said just to sort of get by but yeah um I’m so glad I I I found this out I have the F the than the vegan diet obviously I’m going to go to the.
Doctor’s um soon just to make sure just to make sure it is definitely gluten and what weats I can have what what weats I can’t it might just be all of I don’t know um so yeah I done some gluten-free shopping today uh which brang the price up a bit as you could imagine but I’m just doing what I got to do guys um still on the vegan diet it’s two weeks.
Now um no meat no Dairy I’m feeling great um so yeah uh loads of more content to come um I’m going to try and do something something with gluten as well so maybe some content with gluten but um you know it’s early days I’ve just figured it’s I’m 30 um I’m very sure it is Glu and it’s literally night and day the difference.
So it’s it’s amazing how I’ve literally just discovered this um but you know I forgive myself for not knowing earlier you know I was always trying my best but you know um so yeah um I’ll uh I’ll have to go to the doctors to get it confirmed so yeah um so yeah I tell it’s gonna get even harder now guys I’m there’s so much processed food I can’t have gluten.
Intolerance so vegan gluten gluten intolerance is a big push towards fruits and vegetables now guys um although I did buy I did pick up some gluten-free vegan pizzas today um so yeah um you know SS brid is quite good for that for that um although they don’t normally put vegan on their unbrand um which I don’t know if it’s so obvious to the consumer.
That they wouldn’t even they they know it’s glutenfree so they just don’t bother putting it or do they just I don’t know keep people guessing cuz I’m not picking things up I’m like it it I don’t know and I’m Googling as well while I’m walking around the store but they’ve got their own gluten 3 section which was quite cool I picked up some.
Sweet potato wraps which are really really good today so yeah um The Journey continues two weeks into vegan and I found out I’m gluten-free Wow have a great day guys have a great rest of your day um please like this video let me know what you thought in the comments and uh please subscribe to my YouTube channel lots of love peace bye.
