Hi guys I just wanted to give you five tips on how to go gluten-free I’ve actually been gluten-free for maybe the last 12 years it officially started in high school but I truly became gluten-free about 12 years ago and I know a lot of people have Celiac or gluten sensitivities and they just have a hard time figuring out how to start.

Where to start what to do so I just wanted to give you five easy tips on how to go gluten-free so what is gluten even gluten is a protein found in wheat barley and Rye that causes dough to have like that elasticity and helps it to rise and this protein is what causes people with Celiac to have an adverse reaction and.

Also people with just gluten sensitivity it causes them to have reaction ways to know that you might be sensitive to gluten do you get bloated every time you eat do you get lethargic every time you eat gluten are you moody do you have brain fog are you just like blah feeling whenever you eat it can you not go to the bathroom when you eat it.

If any of these things happen to you when you eat gluten or after you’ve had a piece of bread or like a meal or something it’s a good indicator that you might be intolerant or sensitive to gluten I I’m telling you when I went gluten-free it was lifechanging I stopped eating gluten and I started eating probiotics and like my world just.

Opened up for once like I could eat a meal and I felt fine after like it was nothing like I ate and I felt fine cuz I’m used to like I used to get so bloated and feel so heavy and like after it stopping gluten has been hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in life and I highly recommend it for everybody like it’s it’s not as hard as.

You can know without reading the labels a lot of gluten-free items processed items usually will say that it’s glutenfree but otherwise you really have to read things to know soy sauce for example if you look at the ingredients you’re going to see that it says wheat on it so you might want to opt for a gluten-free soy sauce or a tamari sauce.

Many processed foods contain hidden gluten in it so even if it looks like it’s just a basic chip or a corn-based product you need to check the ingredients to make sure there isn’t some sort of wheat barley or rye derivative in it so that goes into tip number three which is eating naturally gluten-free foods and that’s just I.
