what’s going on YouTube it’s your first time here my name is Diana and we discuss eating a gluten-free vegan plant-based lifestyle and on today’s episode I brought you back to the beach this time though we’re at the first state we’re in Delaware we’re at reoboth beach I’ve never been here so I’m pretty.

Excited to bring you along bring some really good vegan and gluten-free food uh breakfast snack lunch maybe some dinner and dessert we’ll see if we have time uh it’s pretty far from my house but it is packed today it’s a beautiful August day and the beach is packed literally packed so come with me and we’re going to eat some really yummy.

Food can’t wait to show you guys all right guys so I brought you for breakfast they have vegan and gluten-free options here so a win for sure about to go inside and grab my breakfast and I’ll show you what I got um this place is packed it took us forever to find a spot I guess this is where all the cool kids hang out.

Rightfully so right welcome to rise up roaster they make their own coffee we’re going to go inside and uh check them out so let’s do that cute Place busy place online order and pickup.

All right guys so I’m really excited look how cute this little box is all right we’re going to open this up got my drink coming ooh comes with sauce on the side that’s legit let me get this unwrapped and I’m going to eat it all right so I got their vegan gluten-free wrap has fried potatoes.

Tofu oops potato down some Pico and I added black beans and there’s avocado in here too all right so I think what I’m going to do is this is kind of low key falling apart but it’s gluten-free so wouldn’t expect anything less wow that s is so fresh the green tato yeah just got it all over me.

But so delicious all right this is my review it’s tasty but it’s falling apart I don’t feel like they did a good job wrapping it sorry I’m a burrito snob because I worked at Chipotle for so long also I appreciate the grill marks on the tortilla that’s pretty awesome but the thing that’s also kind of rating is this.

Burrito was supposed to be fried potatoes so yeah I was looking for that fried potato texture not really happy about that it’s just cooked potatoes so if I had known that I would have added tater tots instead but I’m still going to eat it my drink is coming it was very busy in here like I said the whole parking lot is full lots of kids I think.

Kids like coffee but they do have other things I guess for children and but it did seem a little weird there’s quite a few kids here so um more like a family place I guess so but still weird to me cuz it’s a coffee shop but anyways I’m going to eat this and I’ll check back with you maybe when I get my.

Drink looks like they carry all their own coffees which is kind of cool too so all the coffee you get here is Their Own Brew their own brand it’s pretty cool so I got this strawberry infused lemonade they had other fruit you could put in it too it’s very good it’s very refreshing very delicious what I will say is my final.

Review of the burrito was there wasn’t any salt cuz it had no seasoning in that regard there was I advertised on the menu fried potatoes and there was definitely not any tater tot fried potato of any sort they were just cooked potatoes and I mean it did fall apart a lot it was pretty messy overall I was.

Super excited to eat the burrito and pretty disappointed but would I come back yes but I would not get the same thing I think I would try they had a asai bowl that someone was eating um I saw a couple people eating it it looked really good really refreshing so I’d probably try something like that um but yeah they’re known for like their coffee.

Smoothies and and other coffee cold beverages and drinks so all right guys um I’m I’m going to catch you at the next meal so see you soon all right guys the beach has been really great but I’m hankering for a really.

Good snack and this place was right off the boardwalk right here I’m not really oh here we go I was going to say no that’s a that’s a trolley stop I’m not really familiar with this part of town so I thought they were separated by street names or numbers so I couldn’t even tell you exactly where this is right now but.

I am going to be bringing you to the first date corn and more so let’s go and see what they got thinking some Mexican street corn what do you guys think sounds good to me so they didn’t have a lote that was vegan but we’re at the ice cream place next next door and check it out they got.

Lots of vegan flavors and they also have vegan gluten-free cones so why not do dessert early I’m cool with that right guys check this out it’s huge so it’s a vegan caramel fudge and it’s gluten-free too apparently so I’m pretty stoked about this um.

They said it’s made with like soy and coconut for the base of the ice cream I’m just super excited about this cone they’re homemade but they have it’s gluten-free and vegan so I’m really excited they were actually making the cones here on a waffle maker so can never have dessert too early all right guys I’m going to enjoy this and.

I’ll see you at the next meal all right so long day at the beach wasn’t really hungry for more food after I had the ice cream so we’re going to grab some dinner the lunch place I wanted to go to actually closed early they’re open later on Wednesdays it’s called somewhere they had really good.

Looking vegan tacos so if you’re in town definitely check them out um they look good I don’t know if it tastes good I didn’t get there unfortunately maybe next time for now we’re going to headit up Indigo for some vegan Indian food let’s go all right so they brought out papadon with some sauces so we got mint Chutney.

Tamarind and some spicy Tomatoes looks delicious I’ve had this before I can’t wait to eat I’m hungry I will say they have a lot of vegan options like on their appetizers um the unfortunate part is I don’t think they even have a soup I don’t think they’re gluten-free unfortunately and then of course they.

Have a lot of vegan options down here under the vegetarian specials I love that they label things vegan they also have vegetable beani which is one of my favorites the nuts obviously is going to kind of throw me a little and of course a lot of the non um but I can’t eat those cuz they’re not gluten-free but definitely a lot of.

Vegan options which I love um the soup sounds kind of good good for an appetizer and I’m between either the doll or the barani but we’ll see all right so I went with the vegetable bani it’s one of my favorites it’s almost like veggie fried rice I just love it I mean you can’t go wrong with rice and vegetables they brought me.

Out a little chickpea um there’s a dish that’s like chana masala I think it’s called and it comes with the rice and just this I was going to get doll but I decided to go with this instead and then they brought out some mango chutney so I’m really excited about that I don’t think there’s any gelatin in this I hope he said it.
