Originally, malai kofa is made with potato and paneer. But today, I’m going to use plenty of vegetables and paneer, cottage cheese. For vegan, use tofu instead of paneer. Minutes. While the koftas are getting air fried, let’s get back to making the gravy. The onion tomato mix is cooled down. Let’s grind it to a smooth paste. Add it in a mixie jar and grind it for about 40 seconds until you get a smooth consistency. I did not add any water while grinding. The tomatoes are so.

Juicy by itself. Transfer it in the saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water to the mixie jar. Swirl it around so nothing is left behind. Pour it in the saucepan. Turn the gas on and start mixing and stirring for a minute. Then add coconut milk. Add 3/4 cup of to 1 cup of coconut milk. This will give a nice rich creamy texture to the gravy. Mix everything.

Well and let it simmer under lowmedium heat for about a minute. In the meanwhile, air fryer is beeping. Let’s check. It looks so good. The color is turning brown. It does. It’s not soggy. Looks great. Flip each piece so both sides are cooked evenly. It will be hot, so be careful.

Use a fork. After turning each piece, lightly spray oil and let it air fry for 5 more minutes at 390° F. Now, let’s see. It’s 5 minutes. It’s done. Wow, look how gorgeous these kofas turned out. I’m so pleased. Absolutely loving it. Crispy from outside. I can hear the.
