Hello team it is week two of Sarah TR Vlog for 2025 and guess who kind of forgot to Vlog and now it’s Friday afternoon and I wanted to put this out tomorrow that would be me so I thought that I would have to miss this week’s Vlog because I am obviously terrible at this however I realized that I was actually filming um my recipes that I.

Made this week for the blog and I thought I would just share those with you because they’re amazing and why am I not sharing them with you I have made this week a couple of new recipes and I’ve redone a really super old recipe that I found that was like buried in the drgs of my blog so for starters I’ve got my banana protein pancakes these are.

Fantastic gluten-free breakfast or brunch I use vegan protein banana eggs Greek yogurt loads of stuff that you’ve got in the house already to make a super tasty yummy pancake recipe so I’ve been eating those a lot this week um because I wanted to get the recipe just right that’s a really super old one from about 2015 or something that I decided to.

Revamp so anyway all the recipe links will be down below in the description if you want to make them yourself for lunch I’ve got a classic Stilton and broccoli soup oh my gosh I forgot how much I love this and I just got this craving for it last week and I was like I need to make that for the website CU why do I not have a Sten and broccoli soup recipe.

Already so that recipe is what I have made for my lunches this week and that’s a really easy one to batch cook meal prep and then you can just sort of have it every day for lunch and put it in the freezer it’s just really easy and and then for dinner this week I have been loving my new teraki salmon noodles recipe it’s a 15-minute meal it’s super.

Cheap super quick and easy to make so I have accidentally inadvertently made kind of what I eat in a day but it’s over the course of a week so I really hope you enjoy this again it’s just giving you a bit of an insight into some everyday meals that you can eat on a gluten-free diet and just to show you that like no food is off limits you can.

Have pancakes you can have noodles I’ll put all the links in the description down below if you like this kind of video let me know in the comments let me know what you want to see more of and I really hope you enjoy what I have been making this week okay we are starting off strong with these banana protein pancakes and I.

Have eaten these most days this week they have been so quick and easy to make and so delicious basically you just want to add all your ingredients to a blender so I’ve popped in a banana I’ve got some oats I’m adding this vegan protein powder now I don’t know if this vegan brand is still available but I will link some similar ones I like in the.

Description below I’m going to add some baking powder which helps make these nice and fluffy and I’ll link my baking powder guide below because not all of them are gluten-free I’m going in with some 0% Fat Greek yogurt you can use full fat Greek yogurt if you want to and some gluten-free oat milk and yes I’ll also link my glutenfree oat milk guide.

Below wow there’s a lot of links I need to remember to put in there finally adding in some eggs and this is just helping up the protein and it’s going to make it a nice consistency so I’m going to give this a good blend and give it a little shake so that nothing sticks and then you might want to scrape the sides down halfway through sometimes I find.

The protein powder kind of sticks in clumps so I just want to make sure I don’t have any dry bits in my mix continue blending it up until it’s a nice thick batter now you want to make sure it’s a pouring consistency a bit like this so that it will spread in a pan but it won’t be really runny so that’s what you’re aiming for I’m.

Putting this in a frying pan Which has got a bit of oil in or you can use butter if you like and then I’m just pouring in a little bit like this I’m going to shape it into a round shape and you can see as I sped it up here it does start to puff up it literally needs like 30 seconds to a minute and then I’m flipping it and again it puffs up nicely.

And then that’s literally all it needs I take mine out there because any more than that I found that they start to burn and then I just do these in batches so you can keep them warm in a warm oven if you want to or you can just sort of pile them up on the plate and they tend to keep warming enough maybe put a bit of foil on top of them just keep the.

Heating once you finish cooking them all you can load them up with whatever toppings you like the reality of food blogger life here’s the ones which I’m going to Plate up for a picture and here’s the ones that I burned that I’m going to eat I decided to go for some Greek yogurt on top of mine as well as some.

Extra slices of banana and some maple syrup but if there’s any toppings you would want to try let me know in the comments I am always up for new pancake topping ideas but this one it just adds a bit of extra protein a bit of extra fruit and it’s nice and simple because let’s face it is what I had in the fridge and if you thought the pancakes.

Were easy you’re about to have your your mind blown by this broccoli and Stilton soup it’s become my new favorite and it’s just the easiest soup to make ever so you start off by chopping up an onion I’m also going to add in some garlic to mine because I put Garlic in literally everything and a potato as well I find this just helps to kind of thicken the.

Soup but you can leave this out if you’re not bothered by that and then I chop off the stalks of the broccoli and I chop them into small lumps and then I’m going to fry them off with the potatoes and onions first it just helps to soften them and then I tempted to hack this broccoli into florettes but I just literally coated my kitchen in bits.

Of broccoli so that was fun you can use frozen veg if you want to avoid this sort of mess go in with frying the vegetables in some olive oil and I’m just going to put the lid on and swep them down until they start to soften and then I’m adding in the broccoli being a bit more careful this time because the oven is a lot more difficult to clean.

Than the work Toops pouring in some vegetable stock or you can use chicken stock if you prefer and as you can see yes I did pour that on my oven and then I’m just making sure the broccoli is submerged and I’m going to boil this well simmer it for like 10 minutes I think it is and it’s done I mean that’s literally how easy it is.

Take off the heat pour in some milk and I’m also going to pour in some Stilton obviously because this is broccoli and ston soup and this is left over from Christmas so yeah we still have a lot of cheese in the fridge stir this up so the St starts to melt and then I’m just using a stick blender or you can use a jug blender if you want to jug blender.

Is that what it’s called I don’t I don’t know anyway I decided to blend the soup up so it’s nice and smooth and then I thought to myself what is this soup missing croutons and making gluten-free croutons is super super easy I do have a recipe for gluten-free croutons and yes I will link it in the description below along with the soup recipe and I season.

My croutons with onion salt garlic granules and I think some oregano mixed herbs and then just a little bit of olive oil this helps to make them go nice and crunchy and once they’re air fried they’re nice and crunchy and golden like this and I’m just going to literally portion out my soup so I got a portion for me a portion for Steve and.

Then a double portion for the fridge as well so that we can have that on another day sprinkl for a little bit of extra stilting just to use it up and top it with the croutons once again I got distracted trying to take photographs of this recipe so here is the finished thing the final recipe on this epic gluten-free Journey are these.

Gluten-free Teryaki salmon noodles an amazing 15minute meal you’re just going to want to make over and over again I’m making the marinade for the salmon first and if you want to you can do this a night before but I’m using gluten-free soy sauce which is basically tamari then I’m adding in some rice wine vinegar and some honey and I’m just going to mix.

This up with some garlic and some ginger as well I use the chopped Frozen stuff but you can use a paste or you can use fresh stuff it’s completely up to you give that a good mix and then pour it over your salmon now ideally you want to leave this to marinade for a while but you can just leave it for sort of 5 10 minutes whilst you’re getting everything.

Else prepped obviously we want to add some veget so I’m going to roughly chop some tenderstem broccoli which is the God of all vegetables and some spring onions as well for the top and then it’s the case of getting out your walk and making the magic happen I’m using these Zen be noodles now unfortunately I literally posted this recipe and then.

Found out the same day that Zen be actually closing down so you can’t actually get hold of these noodles anymore well I think you can until the end of February but I have Linked In My recipe some other noodles which I absolutely love that are perfect for this but any rice noodles work just as well I’m frying off the salmon first so.

I’m just going to do both sides I do the skin side first so it goes nice and crispy flip it over it only takes a few minutes on each side and once that’s cooked we’re going to take it out of the pan now when you do this make sure that when you put the salmon in that you save the leftover marinade cuz we’re going to need that in a minute the tender and.

Broccoli only takes a couple of minutes then take out of the pan and pour in the leftover marinade and we’re going to boil this down so it makes a nice sticky teraki sauce this is really what makes this dish so special once you’ve done that and you can see that’s really reduced down it’s gone nice and sticky I’m just going to pour it over the.

Salmon and this will kind of turn into this Amazing Glaze it is just delicious and my noodles cooked now so I’m pouring into the walk my cooked and drained noodles and a top tip for this is to just rinse them with cold water when they’re cooked and it starts them sticking together as much pour in the leftover broccoli and I add a little.

Splash of tamari as well and a little bit of toasted sesame oil in the p pan and I’m just going to fry this off together until it gets nice and hot through once I’ve done that it’s time to Plate everything up and yeah that’s really how simple and easy this dish is to make so I’m going in with the noodles first just putting these between two.

Plates so the recipe I’ve got makes two portions and it’s a great meal that you can easily size up and down and then once I’ve done that I’m just going to pop the salmon on top and then I’m going to pour over any of the leftover teriaki sauce and it’s so simple and so tasty and then to finish off I’m just adding a little bit of chopped spring onion and.

Some sesame seeds on top as well but you can add stuff like gluten-free chili oil you can add black sesame seeds honestly just customize it however you like but this is a 15-minute meal you’re going to come back to over and over again I know I’ve made it several times this week already and I really love it so I hope you enjoy it too so that’s it guys my.

Easy breakfast lunch and dinner ideas on a gluten-free diet you got your high protein pancakes you’ve got your broccoli and St and soup and you got your teriyaki salmon noodles let me know in the comments if you’re going to make any of these let me know if you want more videos like this if you want more recipes if you want more daily insights.

Anything to do with glean free life and I will be back next week and I will actually film that one in advance because I have a new vlogging camera which I’m very very excited to open hit subscribe and I’ll see you again soon bye oh oh
