Watch some of the places that I travel and check out I have another video that you can check out at the end of this video to find out what restaurants are great to eat at in in and around Fort Wayne that are gluten-free safe if you’re looking for glutenfree vegan treats moo over in Colombia city is the place you need to check out they have.

Baked goods as well as ice cream they make everything from scratch and most of their items are from local ingredients that they Source they’re about a 30 minute drive west of Fort Wayne but it is so worth the trip they have a cute shop that you can sit in enjoy ice cream inside or outside and Columbia City is just a fun place to get out and walk.

Around you can grab a few treats they have Frozen baked goods as well as fresh ones and they have a plethora of ice creams to check out they also have fresh waffle cones and sugar cones that you can choose from to eat something to note about moover is that they are exclusively vegan and all gluten-free so there’s no chance of any cross.

Contamination when you come to eat here if you’re looking for a fried doughnut as a gluten-free person you know where I’m coming from on this I had not had fried duts in years but there is a doughnut shop in Auburn Indiana and they have a ciac safe weekend that they have once a month so they actually clean out the friers and.

Dedicate that whole weekend Friday Saturday and Sunday to having the gluten-free Donuts now they don’t certify them gluten free but oh my gosh these are so yummy and I have not had any problems with cross contamination they’re super sweet and I love them they’re small so you can actually take them and cut them in half and share them.

With a friend if you want or just enjoy the whole thing yourself so if you’re looking for an authentic real gluten-free dut or Celiac safe dut you can check them out I put down their Facebook page right here so you’ll see where to look them up and see which weekend they’re having their Celiac safe weekend icing for Isaac they’re located.

Right off of Lima and cook this is such a fun facility now they do have a shared facility with glutenfree items and non- gluten-free items my suggestion is if you want to pick something up especially if you’re just coming into town be sure to call and Order ahead of time and they’ll make these items for you they have cookies and cakes and they do.

Special events so if you’re looking for something special give them a call or check them out on their website or their Facebook page and order something ahead of time another doughnut option is Sugar Creek Donuts now they do have a shared facility but they have a bit of both so they have regular donuts and gluten-free Donuts they’re located in Columbia City.

So over by where moover is close in that area these donnuts are not fried they’re actually baked even though they have a share facility they do clean their equipment between the different batches when they make them so that there’s not a whole lot of chance for cross-contamination mocha Lounge has two locations in Fort Wayne one in Southwest.

Fort Wayne off of Covington Road the other one is Northeast on Dupont I was pleasantly surprised to see all these options that they had everything was individually wrapped now they do have a shared kitchen for where they bake and cook things but they clean things in between to be sure that there’s not very much or if any cross contamination I.

Haven’t had any issues here but they have so many different options of what you could get to eat and I really enjoy the flavor and texture of everything that I had especially their peanut butter vegan cookies I have a couple of places that do not actually have a storefront but they’re so worth mentioning now if you’re just traveling.

Through town the best thing to do would be to check out their Facebook pages which I will post up here so that you can see where you might be able to place an order or get an item from them or see which farmers market or outdoor venue that they will be at good ridden Bakery is a gluten-free bakery only as I said they do not have a storefront but they.

Are at two different farmers markets all year round so we have indoor farmers markets and outdoor farmers markets they are at both they take special orders for wedding cakes and different special events they have sweet and savory items so if you call ahead of time which they have their phone number on their Facebook page you can actually ask what.

They’re going to be having or even put in a special order so they can make something and you can pick it up at their next event they’re also pretty careful with oats and tree nuts so if you have a specific allergy they’re definitely careful about that they’re also careful about how much sugar that they’re putting in into their baked.

Goods so they’re not overly sweet Rocky Roads Bakery is one of the other ones that I wanted to mention like I said they don’t have a storefront but here is their Facebook page and they go to several events in the area so you can catch them at one of those here are some pictures of some of the items that they actually make so they have special order.

Wedding cakes or birthday cakes special events that you need they also do sugar cookies for special events they do cinnamon rolls and cupcakes the list goes on and on be sure to check out their Facebook page or their website so that you can order for your next special event I first found the sassy vegan at a farmers’s market currently they are at.

Union Street Square not only do they have baked goods but they even have Savory Foods and meals so you can actually Order ahead of time and they do catering if you’re looking to have your event catered and you have special dietary issues I would definitely contact The Sassy vegan there are other places that you can find.

Some desserts especially maybe at restaurants it’s a little bit hit and miss it just depends these are some of the top ones that I absolutely loved and wanted to share with you I’m not sure where you are in your gluten-free Journey but mine started over eight years ago and I found out that two of my daughters and I have celiacs disease one.

Of my daughters is even dairyfree so I’m very well acquainted with trying to try and find new places that have safe glutenfree and vegan items comment below the amount of years or the time that you have been gluten-free and let me know if you tried out one of the places that I’ve mentioned in this video and enjoy eating.
