Navigating Flavorful Freedom: A Journey Beyond Gluten
Good morning. Good morning, y’all. This is week two of no gluten. I am seeing a big difference in my skin. My skin is clearing up big time. I haven’t even washed my face yet. I’m getting ready to. So, I’ll keep y’all updated on how my life is going.
Glutenfree. And right now, it’s the best decision I could have ever made for me. As y’all can see, a lot of the spots on my forehead have started clearing since I stopped consuming gluten. A lot of the spots um that were here on my jaw have started clearing since I.
Stopped consuming gluten just as well just as well as the other side. And you can see also where there was a rash that’s clearing and also the one here. Um, this is also a part of me being gluten free and not needing.
To consume any gluten at all. And y’all, it’s 5:30 in the morning. It is Monday, April the 28th. Yeah, today is the April the 28th, 2025. I am up at 5:30 in the morning and um it’s a school day and a work day for me. School day for my kids, work day for me. And I’m going to get.
Ready to meditate, get my clothes out, um and get some of this puffiness get some of this puffiness away. um get some of this puffiness down off my face cuz like I say, I just woke up. But anyways,.
Um I’ll check back in with y’all real soon. Peace. Breathing deeply all the way to the root of the spine. Inhaling the red color begins to glow brighter.
So for breakfast, I decided to have chicken spinach sausage along with some oatmeal and maple syrup for sweetening. It’s about 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning and here I am having breakfast at work at my first client’s house. 10 out of 10. This is really.
Good. I’m so thankful that even though it was not my decision, God knows best to push me in the direction to eat gluten-free, it really has been a game changer. You know, at first I didn’t, you know, I was hard-headed, eating what I wanted, not following the gluten-free diet,.
And the results were me itching, me having skin problems, breaking out, rashes, and now it’s not the case. It’s the complete opposite. It’s really freedom. And I found that freedom in a gluten-free diet. So if that’s you, if you’re the person who’s listening and it’s you or somebody you might know and you need to.
Go gluten-free, do it. Do it. I’ve always been the type of person that I asked God to help me to be fit. I always believed in um health is wealth. And you know, I am 35 now and it just would have never um I thought fitness was going to be me, you know, eating well in the kitchen and going to the gym, exercising or walking or something in that nature,.
But it never occurred to me that it was going to be me um changing my diet and going complete gluten-free. And you know, sometimes God will just push you into the direction you need to go, whether it’s your decision or not, or whether you got to do it alone by yourself or not. And it really.
Just it’s a revelation for me this morning. And um I really hope that this video may register with someone else who may be um in the transition of going gluten-free or may know someone. But yeah, um sometimes being.
Comfortable is what we’re used to doing. But guess what? Following going going in a different direction is not also bad as well. You know, even if it means giving up, you being comfortable. If it means you being more fit, healthier um mentally, spiritually, emotionally. if it means.
That um you’re going to gain more energy, more momentum, and I feel like that since I’ve given up gluten, and I can really appreciate this change in my life at 35 years old. So, y’all have a blessed day and I’ll check back in with y’all real soon. Bye for now.
