Heat heat hey hey hey it’s lunchtime and surprise surprise I’m craving using some kind of nourish bowl.

Um I have a few things already prepped um I have some quinoa tofu edetamame and some pickled cabbage that I made and uh kind of want to throw all that together and make some sort of bowl maybe some avocado or broccoli or something on the side as well and what I’m craving with it is my green goddess dressing the recipe can be found on cashews and.

Carrots.com um it’s a really good sauce that can be used on nourish bowls but it also works really really well on pasta so if you’re craving some sort of creamy pasta highly recommend it with some of my vegan parm as well anyway let’s go ahead and get our lunch prepped.

for dinner tonight I’m going to make a simple chickpea curry and instead of serving it with rice or noodles I’m actually going to serve it with some roasted sweet potato.

You could also add spinach if you want to uh bump up the nutrient density of this meal even more um you could also add cauliflower or really any other kind of vegetable that you want you could also swap out the spelt flour for a gluten-free flour if you want to keep this an entirely gluten-free recipe.
