welcome to another what I eat a day with hopefully some new gluten-free vegan inspiration I started this lovely sunny day with the most colorful dress I had in my closet and some baked oats with Apple so I peeled and chopped a half red apple and added it into a.

Jar then I also added some gluten-free rolled oats together with oat milk a date some baking powder a pinch of salt and cardamom then I blend it all up until smooth I added the batter which tastes like heaven by the way into a oven form.

And then baked it in 175 c° for about 20 to 25 minutes when the baked oats were ready I topped it with some natural soy yogurt some cinnamon and sunflower seeds it tastes like an apple cookie you have to try this one.

Then I made some lunch and this time I had some really good homemade gluten-free bread in the freezer so I prepared some tofu toast with avocado cream I started with slicing some tofu and fried it with some olive oil black pepper chili flakes tamari rice vinegar nutritional yeast onion powder garlic powder and some sesame seeds.

Just let them fry a couple of minutes on each side then I sliced some tomato and also some lettuce and cucumber you can’t have a sandwich without some crunchy veggies I also going to have this beautiful dressing on my toast and it’s made of avocado lemon a lots of spices and also.
