First you grab the O Bay and mix it in with the glutenous rice flour cuz if it’s meant to be it’ll be let me stop let me stop anyway so then we grab the garlic powder and we you know maybe about two teaspoons yeah you know I don’t really measure I just did this for visuals for you guys then we get the onion powder and we add a little bit.
Less so about a teaspoon and a half then we just mix it all together cuz you know we got the best of both worlds can’t forget that black pepper and after you add the pepper you stir it together again um basically season to your own preference you know we’re using mushrooms so the more seasoning the better but you don’t want.
To overpower it I coated the mushrooms in water prior to placing it in the flour that’s only because I didn’t have milk on hand but to keep it vegan you can use um dairyfree milk or if you would prefer vegetarian you want to use milk you can use milk that’s up to your discretion you coat the mushrooms lightly in the flour since it’s.
Glutenous rice flour um so it’s also gluten-free and it actually sticks very well so this will actually be a favorite oh and it’s called gluten is rice flour but I Googled it it’s not actually glute like it doesn’t have gluten in it that’s just the name you heard that Sizzle that nice little Sizzle it’s going to be nice and.
Crispy nice and crisp obviously it may be a bit easier to um coat the mushrooms in the flour if you are using a larger spoon I just use that spoon so I because it was there and because I wanted to use less dishes I mean clean less dis you know what you get the point you get the point.
Don’t ask me how I did it I just did it it was hard yeah so I’m going just talk over this part Sizzle Sizzle Sizzle Sizzle I had to cut the audio because you know I was using um profanity a little more than I would have like to um admit at the moment you know you know how it is when you’re cooking you just get get in his Zone.
damn you know that and here we have our little tadpole looking mushrooms look at how golden and crispy they are you don’t need a lot of oil to pan fry it um and they are very crispy and they reheat very well so I was gladly um pleasantly surprised and here we have.
The finished product I have some bulock uh what is it called carbonera bulock noodles um some pickled garlic in soy sauce there goes the mushrooms um kimchi radish pickled radish there is lettuce in cucumber um I also have a avocado the bokei oh I think I called them noodles they weren’t noodles they.
