Cooking preheat your oven to 300° line a 13x 16 in baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat if you don’t have a 13x 16 then just get as close to the size as you can you just don’t want your baking sheet to be too small or your pasta will be too thick it’s best to use some parchment paper or a silicone mat that’s a little bit wider.

Than your baking sheet that way you can push it in and the mat or the paper can go up around the edges a little bit it just will make your pasta a little bit EAS easier to cook in a blender combine 2 oz or around 1/4 cup of cream cheese three large room temperature eggs 7 G or around 1 tbsp of coconut flour and if you want to you can add some dry.

Seasonings to give your noodles a little bit of flavor I’m just leaving mine as is blend all the ingredients together for about 10 to 20 seconds or until everything is completely smooth and you’re going to have a liquidy mixture be careful and try not to over blend your ingredients you don’t want to create a whole lot of bubbles otherwise.

It’s going to be kind of hard to get the bubbles out if you have too many of them and you don’t want to have bubbly pasta once everything is combined and smooth pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet when you pour it pour it out kind of slowly and just kind of allow it to spread on its own a little bit around the baking sheet use a.

Spatula and spread the mixture evenly and in a very thin layer over your baking sheet make sure that as you’re spreading that keep it nice and thin but make sure there are no holes or any bubbles in the mixture if there are any holes just spread the liquid into the hole and keep it as smooth as you can also if you’re using parchment paper or.

A silicone mat that doesn’t have edges make sure that you don’t spread the mixture so much that it starts creeping down the cracks in the side that’s why I say it’s best to have paper or silicone mat that has edges once the batter is all spread then place the pan in your preheat heated oven bake at 300° for 8 to 10 minutes or until the pasta sheet.

Is firm and no longer wet now make sure you watch this carefully because it can Brown very quickly it’s okay if the edges get a little bit Brown that’s how you know that your pasta sheet is most likely all the way done but you don’t want them to get too Brown so just keep an eye on it for me mine took exactly 9 minutes but everybody’s oven is.

Different so anywhere from 8 to 10 minutes should be good for most ovens once your pasta sheet is baked remove it from the oven and allow it to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes so you won’t burn your fingers line a clean cutting surface with parchment paper or a silicone mat grasp the edges of the mat or the paper that has your pasta sheet.

On it carefully lift it out of the baking sheet then turn the matte pasta side down onto your prepared work surface carefully peel your Silicone mat or your parchment paper away from your pasta sheet do this slowly and carefully you don’t want to tear your pasta sheet use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife and cut off any brown or rough edges then.

Cut the pasta sheet into your desired size noodles if you have a pasta machine you can just put this through a pasta roller and it can cut your noodles quick and easy but if you don’t have a pasta machine the next easiest way to do it is to carefully roll your pasta sheet into a loose spiral log then cut the log into your design ired size noodles so if.

You’re wanting spaghetti noodles then just cut it into smaller strips if you’re wanting fetuccini wider strips whatever you want whatever size you want once you have the pasta sheet cut into your desired size portions then just unroll each one of the noodles these are already fully cooked so you can use these immediately in any recipe that.

Requires pasta or you can store them in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 3 days or you can store store them in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 1 month if you do freeze these then make sure you thaw them in your refrigerator before you use them if you’re wanting to reheat the noodles you can reheat them.

In the microwave for just a few seconds or whatever sauce that you’re going to be putting on your noodles you can just heat the sauce until it comes to a low boil then add the noodles and they only take about maybe one to 2 minutes to heat up they don’t take very long at all if I want a really quick recipe I’ll just put some melted garlic butter and a.

Little bit of dry parsley on the noodles and they taste excellent either way eat and enjoy and that’s a recipe of the day I hope you’ve enjoyed it if you did and you want to see more videos like this make sure you click that thumbs up like button click that subscribe button leave me a comment if you want to let me know.
