Nice day so the back is out ignore my hair I just put it up cuz it was really irritating me besides that we’ve just got a little halter top we I say we there’s no we I have a little halter top kind of like baggy jeans Got My Adidas on and trusty big bag oh there’s two of me so on that note let’s go cuz we got a train to catch.
So no surprise it’s another beautiful day in Madrid look at the sky behind me look at that look at it it’s so beautiful and what we’re going to do today is we are going shopping so we’re going to go into the center um I’m going to take you with me and hopefully we visit some nice shops I mean obviously we’re going to do like the usual you.
Have to go to Zara when you’re in Spain right so we’re going to do Zara Zara home which actually to be honest I enjoy more than traditional Zara so that’s the plan and maybe go to cars and some little St of shops I am loving the sunshine honestly it’s just incredible I love it so much it’s making me want to move here whenever I’m walking places.
Usually I always listen to a podcast because I feel like it’s better that I’m like learning something um but today with the Sun out and about is giving me such a good mood I’m going to put my my airpod in let’s put a song on and get some good vibes going.

Said CL key clar key no I said have you got the key we are ready to go get some pizza do you want do you want pizza yes gluten fruit pizza gluten fruit pizza oh my gosh I can’t almost forgot to say that you know what’s amazing we were supposed to take the scooter the motorbike but now we’re driving I’m super happy.
So we’re going two different places right now we are going for dinner to a place that makes amazing amazing gluten-free pizza like to the point where I’ve had it before and I was really concerned because I thought I was just eating normal Pizza like it’s that good and the place is called Gitano see that was in Italian I mean it.
Is Italian pizza so that makes sense so we’re going to Gro Napolitano for dinner but before we are going to what that it was good but before we are going to go to catch the sunset because the sun doesn’t set around here until like 9:15 or something and people don’t have dinner until literally like 10: 10:30 p.m. yeah little bit crazy with that in.
Mind we’re going to go catch the sunset first at what’s it called Car Temp de de temp de the the B the B okay it is currently 8:00 p.m. 8 p.m. okay we’re driving so fast because somebody has made us run a little bit late my gosh the camera is moving all.
Over the place I can’t keep it still because he’s putting his foot down um yeah we’re running a little bit late not because of me because of him because he was hungry and he wanted to leave the house instead of getting ready to go to go find a snack and then the supermarket was closed anyway um so then he made himself a.
Sandwich before we go out for dinner to have a pizza he made himself a sandwich and also had a cereal bar my phone cut off that word was cereal bar a sandwich and a cereal B another stunningly beautiful day beautiful blue skies beautiful city beautiful man.
Feel but everything changing we’ve just seen that there’s something going on by the Royal Palace so we’re running in the opposite direction let’s try and see what it is people watching from the balcony I mean it looked very cool but I.
Didn’t like it too much because they’re shooting all these cannons you can hear them in the background now um and they have all the horses around and um if you know what horses are like they’re super skittish and at any noise or any loud noise and they’re chained into these harnesses which are really restrictive so they can only move so much like a.
Really small amount so I didn’t like watching that cuz they’re obviously freaking out trying to run away from the loud noise that is can’t go anywhere speee for.
for so it was a little different than we expected it to be because if you see everything here is usually full of water so the whole point of coming here to get the sunset is that you get these like crazy Reflections in the water just over here um so no water so we didn’t get the reflections but we still saw this Sunset.
And what was even better is that there was this one guy um just playing the guitar and singing and entertaining so many people with his music and everyone was just getting involved and dancing together and then a few people would run into the middle of the space where no one was dancing and do a little dance and everyone would cheer anyway great.
Vibes so even if it’s not quite what you expect it to be it’s still pretty cool and now because we had a half hour walk here and we going to do another half hour walk back I think we’ll have built up an appetite for dinner for lots of pizza I’m so excited are you excited colors yes that didn’t seem very excited how.
You excited colors yes okay look how amazing these and they gluten free this one is Bata and like lots of different types of tomatoes and basil and this one is vegan so it’s like vegan um meat and vegan cheese so let’s see I’m so.
Excited oh my God oh my God that was big I don’t know anyone who’s eaten more terisu than caros he’s the tiasu kiss and there it goes he said that’s how you do it properly I wasn’t doing it properly he says you have to go right to.
The bottom and get all the layers right so how is it out of 10 eight eight okay not bad not bad good you seem to be going back for more quite quickly for an eight morning we’re just having a little morning stroll in one of the towns near.
Where car lives and we’ve come here for a very specific reason to the world’s greatest gluten-free bakery we do these amazing things and I’ll show you everything and explain better later but right now we’re just enjoying another amazing morning and let’s go get some baked.
Goodies after you so this is one of the things that I bought from the glutenfree shop Alero and oh my God it’s basically like a pan of Chaka I can’t remember the Spanish name ask Carlos but it is the best gluten-free croissant P chocola.
I’ve literally ever had I don’t know how they’re doing this it’s like witchcraft honestly it tastes amazing and the texture is so light and fluffy and look at all the layers how are they doing this and really like seriously 10 out of 10 so we are once again at Mar Cara’s.
Dad’s house because he’s making us lunch the best chef in town is just right here um and he’s made us a whole array of things so I’ll show you here we have the tortilla the Bata which is one of my faves and some meos which is Peppers Salada here the salad just yummies like.
Salad and Juna tomatoes and lettuce here little homy lentil stew so I’m extremely wellfed after that lunch but despite just wanting to sit down and lie down and do nothing we’re going for a lovely walk in the countryside look at this it’s beautiful.
so we had a lovely little walk this morning and that’s it now for stay in Madrid at least it is for col night together um he’s now driving me to the airport and I’m going to go to the UK for 4 days and then I am actually coming back here so we may have a little bit more of Madrid content um but I think.
