Three hi I wanted to show you today uh a 3 four minute preparation time time bread this bread is fantastic not not just because it takes literally a few minutes to prepare but it’s also very healthy super healthy just four ingredients and um very tasty so what we need here is 1 tbsp of dry yeast 1 tbsp of salt two cups of flour and two cups.
Of water the flour use something healthy I generally use uh either organic whole wheat or organic spelled flour or if you want to do something that’s um glutenfree then you can use uh organic buak with flour and then um if you want Additionally you can add whatever you have po seeds sunflower seeds olives or walnuts whatever which.
Just try your own ingredients or sometimes I even add um spices such as thine or oregano so let’s let’s say that the clock begins now and let’s see how much time it takes me to prepare this sprad so 1 tablespoon of uh dry yeast I’m sure we can do it with the other le as well 1 tbspoon of um salt a little bit too.
Much two cups of water and the water has to be the warmer the better it has to be warm almost too hot to the tach but not not boiling for sure okay so here you want to dissolve the um with your hands the yeast and the.
Salt and the better dissolves the better it is then you have to let it rise for 2 hours but because I’m going to leave it overnight it’s not so important that um I put hot water I just put lukew so one cup of uh flour and second cup of flour and you can add either a little.
Bit of water or a little bit of flour depending on what the consistency of the dough is and now you mix it with your hands always use your hands because it’s healthier actually it has been shown that people who use their hands to prepare food they have better that micro.
Microbiome and it just seems to me that this dough is a little bit too too watery so I’m going to put more flour in it you want to come a little bit closer just to show here the dough the consistency and you know what I’m going.
To put for this bread I’m going to put a little bit of puppy seeds how many minutes is it 4 minutes W it’s almost done so I feel it’s it’s the it’s an okay consistency I could put a little bit more flour if I wanted to make it a little bit more solid but I like it like this this.
Consistency so now I’m going to cover it up with something and uh I’m going to let it it R in a warm place and um when it has risen for 2 hours after that I take it I mold it into a into a something round into a balll and I place it on um a baking paper in on a baking sheet and I put it.
Inside the oven for half an hour to 40 minutes at 4 between 400 and 450 F and I’ll show you the final product thanks
