Hey guys, this is Amy. Welcome to Gluten-Free for All and let’s get into the video. Okay, so we’re here for the month of April video doing Ciiete cookies. We’ve got a few flavors. We’ve got um Mexican wedding cookies, which are um almond flour and coconut oil. Um, we’ve.
Got Mexican shortbread cookies that are made with almond flour and coconut sugar. And then we’ve got dairyfree Fresca’s cona strawberries and cream made with almond flour and coconut oil. So, um, yeah, I’m looking forward to these. They’re all grainfree.
They’re all gluten-free. They’re all awesome. So hopefully they taste as good as they look on the bags. Okay. So, I figure I will start with the shortbread cuz I feel like that’s the most sort of generic tasting probably. Then we’ll move to the wedding cookies and then we’ll do the.
Strawberries and cream last just cuz I feel like that’s probably going to have the most flavor going on. And I don’t want that to interfere with the taste of the other two. So, we’ll start here. Oh, okay. So, they’re smaller than I was expecting, but there’s a lot in here. Okay. So, it’s very.
Small. Oh, but you know what? True to size. H. Oh. Cinnamon. It just said shortbread soap. I wasn’t expecting it, but it tastes like a snicker doodle. That’s really good. That’s really good. It is a crunchy.
Cookie. So, if that’s the kind of consistency you like, this is great. It’s it’s it’s very much like a snicker doodle. It’s small and popable, snackable. It’s great. Okay. Mexican wedding. Okay. Same size and style. And from the picture, I thought this was.
Going to be like dusted with sugar, but this is almost more like iced. I think it I think it is dusted with sugar. You just had to like moisten it so it would stay on. Okay. Very similar in taste to these. I would say.
Though a little more bland because the sugar has less flavor than the cinnamon has. They’re both good. They’re both great. These are a little messier. You know, I now have the stuff on my hands. Um, and they don’t taste quite as good as this because you got the the pop of flavor from the cinnamon on.
This, whereas this is just um coconut oil mixed into sugar to kind of keep it on the cookie. But they’re both incredible. I would eat these as a snack. I would eat these as dessert. I would eat these on the go because they’re small and easy enough to eat and they’re in realable bags that you can.
Take with you. So, they’re great. Okay. All right. So, last one. They are pink. They are very pink. I dressed for the part. I wore my pink. Okay. So, these are maybe like a little drier than these were. They’ve still got.
That dusting, but it’s like it looked more like a frosting on this. And this is it’s more like a dusting, but it’s still stuck on here. Just maybe not quite as well cuz it’s not as even a coating. Whoa. Definitely a berry flavor. Yeah, I’m going to taste that.
Again. I don’t know how I feel about it yet. The berry flavor kind of hits you and then it gets mild and nice and finishes out. That’s why it’s strawberries and cream. Um, so I like things that call themselves cream and are dairyf.
Free. That’s the best. Um, wow. I have to say these may be somewhat newer products. I would recommend these to people. I think they’re great. I truly do. I will say again, even though I feel like they’re good for snacking, they’re good for snacking at a.
Place where you can wash your hands because these do um they leave a residue. This is more like a a cinnamon dusting where you know you have crumbs that you can just kind of go like that and then your hands are clean. These not so much. But it’s worth it though cuz they’re really good. Um, I guess that’s all I would say about.
Them. I think they’re great. Like I said, they’re nice and small and snackable. Probably good for kids, too. Um, definitely like the size and flavors that kids would like. You know, a a fruit flavor, a cinnamon flavor, and a sugar flavor, you know. Um, I just think they’re all around great.
Truly. So, I recommend each of these flavors. If I had to pick one that’s the best, I would say the cinnamon. Uh, and it doesn’t even call itself cinnamon. It calls itself shortbread, but they’re cinnamon. Uh, and they’re the best. They taste just like a snicker doodle. Got the same consistency of a snicker doodle.
Um, I think they’re great and you can just brush the crumbs off your hands and be done with it and no one has to know you had any cookies. So, that’s my review day cookies, guys. They’re incredible. Enjoy. Thanks for joining me and celebrating your gluten freedom. Leave.
