hey guys I’m going to be show hold on I need to turn the TV the lighting here is terrible vegan um haul vegan glutenfree haul um I’m going to try and be and be vegan for the week cuz I want to try and um why ises that sound um I want to try and just cleans.
Out my stomach like I’ve been doing sugarfree for about a week two weeks and I haven’t really seen that much of a difference and I’m like okay so like maybe there’s something else I know whenever I’m meat free all the inflammation that I have goes away and sometimes when I’m sugar-free as well.
But I haven’t noticed that and I’ve also been gluten-free so I cut out gluten I cut out sugar and I’m still having issues with like puffiness and like infl inflammation so I’m like okay I’m going to try and cut out um meat the dramatic changes that I’ve ever had was when I cut out um meat and sugar um meat when I cut out meat I it gets rid of.
Like the bloatedness that I have when I cut out sugar it gets rid of all the redness and skin irritation and and acne and stuff like that so now let’s get on to the haul um I got spring mix just to make like an easy salad I got some olives cuz I love olives in my salad I get some no soy cuz I have autun disease so I can’t have soy.
Sauce um so I get no soy soy sauce I also get rice noodles because I want to make like a faux like a vegan Fae I got veggie broth for the faux I got some um Indian like pre-made green carbano corn and corlander I’m not really doing corn but this is probably the only corn that I’m going to have for the week and then I also got the um black ltil tomato.
And cumin and I’m just going to add this o and rice it’s going to like an easy quick dinner and I also got some carrots cuz I’m going to be snacking probably on carrots this would be good for like roasted and stuff like that then I got mint because mint is.
Really good for the tummy and yeah and I also got some cucumber for my salad I got some zucchini and some squash because this should be good for like a veggie I want to make like a veggie spaghetti and then I got my sweet tooth cuz I’m not going to be eating that much sweets because most sweets have it’s.
Like gluten no sugar so I got this um crunchy mint dark chocolate there’s no um cane sugar it’s made with um coconut sugar uh yes which is great so this I have no issues this has really good ingredients and it’s expensive but it’s good and then I got the only pretty much the only one the only almond milks that I can have without making it myself this.
Has no gums and it gives me no stomach aches or anything or bloatedness it is the um milk and this is like on sale luckily for like $4 it doesn’t last that though I wish the CFA used to be my go-to brand but it causes bloating cuz it has gums and they have it’s like way better for your butt I mean it’s worth the price because it’s.
Bigger but this is so small so it doesn’t last long and this is my second one in less than a week um that’s the only downside about this one but there’s another one that’s only four ingredients as well um another brand I’ll inserted and that cost more than this so yeah what else did I get um I also got oh I got this grainfree.
Spaghetti like I said I’m not really going to do corn or potatoes because potatoes and corn makes me bloated um and it gives me stomach aches so I got the Cassat cassava flour cassava flour and quingua does not do anything to my Su those are like probably only grains and oatmeal and oats that don’t really do anything to me um yeah and it doesn’t.
Have any gums in it it’s just water and the cassava flour so this for my vegetar spaghetti technically I’m not supposed to be having Tomatoes as well but um I have been eating tomatoes here and there and it’s probably why I haven’t really noticed any difference in my like redness and inflammation because I’ve been e Tomatoes but I’m going to have.
Tomatoes once a week and so this is the um tomato sauce that I got from uh Whole Foods it’s about it doesn’t have any like bad ingredients it’s pretty just mostly tomato paste garlic olive oil basil and stuff so and it was on and this was only like $2 all in all I spent oh yeah and this is for like my.
Smoothies my pancakes um just like a snack like there’s so many things you can do with bananas which is why they’re also good for um getting rid of like um potassium is good for energy it also helps with water retention and stuff like that like bananas I try to have.
These like once a day and remember they have a lot of sugar so if you’re trying to be like sugarfree like cut back on bananas as well I mean it’s okay I’m not doing any added sugar I left like a little bit of coconut oil coconut sugar here and there but I’m not going to be consuming high sugar content fruits as well cuz that will also help um.
Um is that it I think that’s yeah I have no idea how long this stuff is going to last me um I mean I have groceries already this is just some stuff I need to add I still need to get more lemons and I also get I already showed you guys the mint yeah I got mint I have oatmeal already yeah so yeah so these are just some.
