The meal prep includes a breakfast of Pancake Bowls, which can provide between 27-36 grams of protein per serving, depending on the yogurt used. The recipe combines low-fat Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and gluten-free flour, baked to perfection and topped with berries.

For lunch, a Healthier Mac & Cheese recipe offers about 37 grams of protein per serving. This dish incorporates lentil pasta, cottage cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese blended into a creamy sauce. The addition of spinach is optional, making it a versatile option for a satisfying meal. A refreshing Berry Smoothie serves as a snack, packed with approximately 23 grams of protein per serving, thanks to frozen fruits and vegan protein powder.
