Delicious Indulgences Without the Gluten!
hello and welcome to another Mrs Mondays so today we’re going to look at glutenfree homemade treats as some of you may know my husband is struggling with a gluten allergy or sensitivity and so we have decided to go glutenfree however my husband really loves his sweets so we can’t go without.
That we’re finding ways to incorporate sweets into his diet they’re still not healthy per se but they’re glutenfree so here’s some of what we did take it away we’re in the process of making lemon almond flour shortbread cookies so we got most the base in here and then we’re going to put almond.
Flour smells really good already I did do something different than the recipe it’s called for lemon zest and we just did lemon juice so a I didn’t even know they I have question five I think I’m.
A spe and now they’ll go in the refrigerator for 2 hours way off the PR first these are.
Lemon almond shortbread cookies okay glutenfree these are really good these are super good MH l in coffee dip it in coffee mhm these are really good they’re really good they’re definitely lemony but it’s a good shortberry cookie all right for our first recipe to try I.
Actually found this glutenfree peanut butter chocolate chip cookies so that’s what we’re going to make today the recipe is pretty simple it just calls for 1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 egg 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup semi sweet or dark chocolate chips and a large mixing bowl add the peanut.
Butter sugar baking soda egg and vanilla blend until well combined using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips cover and put in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes or up to overnight so we’re going to start with the PE next 1 cup of brown sugar one teaspoon of baking soda one.
Egg and now it says one tbspoon of Aon but I think we should do two if we have enough we don’t oh we did a little bit extra mix this up I’m just going to use a fork cuz I really feel like it’s too simple to use the mixer this like primar.
This is what it comes out to look like all right now we’re going to fold in the chocolate that is what it looks like now we’re just going to cover it and put it in the fridge thought your sister I love cookies I’ll eat the one that she wanted oh wow oh.
