Deliciously Light and Fluffy Treats for Everyone!

Almond flour blueberry scones are a delightful and healthy alternative to traditional scones, offering a gluten-free option that maintains a rich flavor and satisfying texture. Made primarily from almond flour, these scones provide a nutty taste that pairs beautifully with the sweetness of fresh blueberries. The combination of almond flour and blueberries not only enhances the flavor profile but also adds nutritional benefits, making these scones a great choice for breakfast or a snack.

To complement the scones, green tea is an excellent beverage choice, known for its numerous health benefits, including antioxidants that may promote overall well-being. The subtle flavors of green tea balance perfectly with the sweetness of the blueberry scones, creating a harmonious experience for the palate. This pairing is not only delicious but also aligns with healthier eating habits, making it a perfect treat for those seeking a guilt-free indulgence.

Delightfully Light: Indulge Without the Glut!

hello everyone welcome back to my YouTube channel today I’ll be showing you how to make blueberry spes using almond flour so I like to use two different kinds of almonds I like to use my roasted almonds which are blend then I like to use the regular Harmon I like blue diamond or I use fre Lin so.

I’m going to mix this two together so the roast this this is the Blended this is the Blue Diamond while I’m adding the roasted almond so the roasted almond has this flavor to it you can actually use only the regular di the regular almond flour but I like to use both there’s a flavor it gives it.

So I mix that together I had my baking powder half teaspoon mix that give that a good I had my M fruit sweetener one teaspoon you can increase the sweet ni depending on your preference I like one teaspoon I had a bit of Himalayan salt Himalayan.

Salt reduces your blood pressure just a tiny bit I had butter I had eggs that’s like quarter of an egg you mix that together then I had Greek yogurt then I had some.

Blueberries I will then fold that in then I’ll will go store this in the fridge then I have some blueberries I then fold that in then I will go store this in the fridge or you can St it in the frer to make it faster you can see how it is like a big lump and it’s not watching so you store this in the.

Freezer or your fridge for another 20 minutes now it’s a bit solid after keeping it in the freezer for a while you’ll get two parchment paper put it in between you can press it down with your hands a bit and you roll so I’m going to be baking this in my hair fryer so I’m going to cut that for breakfast this morning I’m okay with.

Just three pieces I might not even finish it so you can actually keep your dough this can stay for like two months if frozen so when next you feel like taking spoon you can just bring out your dough and then you use and I like to add more blueberries on top that in my air.

Fryer I already improvised with this foil so I put that in my foil in my air fryer and I’m going to bake for 30 minutes approximately after baking for like 30 minutes my scones are ready so you can bake in your air fryer you can bake in your oven you can see how gorgeous they.

Look it’s gluten-free made with almond flour sweeten with monk fruit so I’ll be having two for now I can still keep this in my ab frer so we’ll have that later I’ll be praying that with green tea I’ll be using my almond milk I’ll be using the one with the vanilla flavor kindly like subscribe and share.
