Slice into Flavor: Your Ultimate Guide to Freezing Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts and Whipping Up Air-Fried Delights!

Hello today I’m going to make some gluten-free pizza dough and it has been really hard to find really good gluten-free pizza especially something that you can have at home and Frozen and ready to go so what I do is make four of these put them in the freezer and then I have can have pizza anytime I want this is not an advertisement but.

This is the best pizza dough that I found that’s glut free with minimal ingredients and it also says on the side that it is gluten- free soy free corn free rice free potato free yeast free peanut free tree nut free egg free with asteris so if you you have to you make it with eggs so if you put the eggs in then it’s not dairy free iodine free.

Sugar free non GMO and kosher certified the list of ingredients are tap ioca starch sea salt oregano onion and garlic minimal ingredients makes it healthy right when you have all those lists of ingredients and there’s a lot in there not so healthy the only thing you need to add is oil eggs and milk that’s it so I’m going to show you.

Really quick how to make this it’s simple though you can follow directions but hey it’s fun to watch someone else make things so first thing that you need to do is cut a hole in the bag put it in your bowl then it does say to I think separate some things or mix some things ahead of time I I throw it just all in.

And it always has come out really good you want to start off preheating the oven to 450° before you start mixing it’s the closest thing I have found for glutenfree that is also doesn’t have all the other ingredients what I found to be like a still a soft crust CU a lot of times you find those.

Shells and those are not very not very good at least I don’t like them some people like the shells so I’m going to put my eggs in my milk in and my oil in just crack it put it in crack the second egg put it in I also use um pink and.

Garry’s pasture raised tends to be a little better for you you can tell that it’s good because the egg yolk is like a dark orange so the darker orange compared to the lighter more of a yellow not as healthy two eggs and 2 tbspoon of oil I just kind of eyeball it it always just comes out fine you don’t have to be.

Very precise for this and then it says four tablespoon of milk I tend to usually put three and you can use any kind of milk alternative that you want in this case I’m using a almond and coconut blend calls for four I put in three at the end after you’ve mixed it if you feel like you need a little more.

Liquid then you can add it and then just mix it up once it’s fairly mixed then it’s time to knead it I told you in my last cooking video that I was retired from education so this is probably a good time for me to tell you.

That I was approached to apply for a position so I have still in education again so last year I was a second grade teacher had been a instructional coach and a technology coach in the past now I am a lit SE coach so no more retirement for me it was shortlived if it is too dry add a little more.

Milk take a look at that nice ball of dough next thing that I do is I take the dough and I put it into four balls and make mini pizzas with it so I just break it in half and I break each half into two more halves check to see that they’re roughly the same size put them all next to each.

Other and move some over to a different one if it doesn’t look like they’re all the same size the next thing I do is take the balls and form them into little mini pizzas just kind of press around get it started and then I start.

Pressing around and to keep a crust area so I just keep pressing but try to keep the edges is a little thicker so that way you have nice little crust so I rinse and repeat do that four times sometimes I put some millet flour underneath them especially if I’m going to put them in the pizza oven I do that also sometimes I just pre-cook it in the.

Oven and then put it in the pizza oven when it’s already freshly right and then put it in the pizza oven after it’s come out of the freezer and it still gives it that brick flavor but you already have this piece already done for you and like I said this makes four sometimes I’ll do two boxes together at the same time so then I have eight all ready to.

Go and here we have four all ready to go in the oven once it heats up to 450 we put these in the oven for 10 minutes and then they can go right in the freezer um here’s one that I’ve already Frozen and I’m taking out of the freezer and I’m going to make a pizza and show you how I do that in my toaster oven so.

Put that on my tray put a little sauce don’t have to use sauce make pizza any way that you would make it this pizza I’m going to make with a little bit of sauce a little bit of pesto from my garden that I just finally put my Greenhouse to um rest for basil and tomatoes I still have some kale growing out there so.

Some cheese man Chango goat cheese and then I’m going to put a few onions spread those out nicely need a couple more and then my mushrooms and then a little pesto on top here’s what my pizza looks like just put it in my toaster oven.

Slash air fryer and just cook it until cook it until the cheese melts that’s all I do it makes it really easy when you have four of those all ready to go and you need a quick meal timer says it’s.

ready there you go these are ready for the freezer now just put them in a container pop the lid on and throw them in my freezer I so wish that we could bring out a smell of this into your home it smells yummy and it looks ready now.

There we go beautiful Pizza put it on a plate there we have it lunch on the snowy day if you find my videos useful or entertaining please click like And subscribe thank you
