Vlog my name is Chelsea I’m 25 years old and I live in Darwin Australia and I thought I would start a little weekly Vlog because this is going to be my first week in a new job which is super exciting I’m about to head into the gym so I’m going to catch up with you guys afterwards and give you a proper debrief on what’s happening this week but yeah I.

Just wanted to properly debrief you on what this weekly Vlog is going to be so as I said today is Sunday I usually start my weekly Vlogs on a Monday but tomorrow I am starting a brand new job which is so so exciting if you saw my Vlog a little bit before Christmas you know that I did get a new job that I would be starting this year blah blah.
Blah I had to work out my two weeks notice in the new year so I just finished my last my other job on Friday which was a little sad I’ve been with that company for 2 and a half years and that team obviously spent a lot of time with the people you work with so there was a little bit of sadness but I’m very excited for my new opportunity and yeah.
I just sort of want to document it because that’s one of the things I love about vlogging is having memories and seeing my life like a movie so I hope you enjoy it and follow along with me I just finished filming my goals portion of my goals Vlog for 2024 which is the 21st of January so I’m a little bit late but I kind of wanted to focus on.
Actually making my goals intentional this year and I’ve taken my time to set my goals which I actually think has been really good and beneficial for me so it’s not the worst thing in the world but I definitely um have taken quite a while also cuz we were away in the first week of the year we were obviously in cans for my birthday that did obviously.
Also set back things a little bit anyways I’m talking too much I’m actually going to jump in and try and edit that goals video so that it can go up this week and I’ll catch with you guys later.
All righty guys happy Monday it is my first day of my new job today I am really excited however my hair is so frizzy it is so humid today so hopefully I don’t look too unprofessional but I just can’t get my hair to like do the thing so hopefully it doesn’t reflect too badly on me I did everything I could I just have fine frizzy hair.
Unfortunately I don’t start till 8:30 today because um inductions and everything like that but I needed to drop off a bunch of stuff at my old office that I forgot to return on Friday and I also just in the city if you’re not here by 7:30 you don’t get a park so I got here early I’m going to sit and have my coffee now good morning guys.
Happy Tuesday please excuse the background noise I’m just making a coffee getting ready for work my first day went so well everyone is really really nice and I think I’m going to like get along with this team really well so that’s super exciting but I’m loving the corporate outfits going to quickly show you my outfit of the day.
Also featuring Wednesday the sausage we love Wednesday appearances so this turtleneck is from Kai it is quite a few years old but I really like their Basics they’re really nice this skirt is also really old it’s from Sports girl I’m pretty sure they still have it um as you guys know I do work with sports girl on Instagram but this was something I.
Bought when I was like 14 so like way before I even worked with them and then I’m just wearing these little ballet flats I thought the midi skirt and ballet flats was really cute and then I’m just going to wear my mark Jacob’s tote as usual because it’s like the perfect work bag and it was really really cold in the office yesterday so I.
Am bringing my blazer today it goes pretty cute with this outfit it’s a bit oversized but like it’s cute anyways I’m not going to wear it cuz it’s way too hot at the moment but inside with the AC is pretty chilly first corporate outfit of the day I actually didn’t show you my outfit yesterday um like you obviously saw it.
While I was like talking to you and stuff and I think I showed no I didn’t show me getting dressed yesterday but I actually kind of decided I low key hated it it was just yeah I didn’t actually like it so kind of regret that outfit being my first dat outfit so I felt like I had to have a Redemption day today all right got my coffee I’ve got to go I’m.
Going I’m going to drop where at my mom’s house and then I’m actually catching a ride to work with my mom anyway I have to get going I will catch up with you guys later hello guys happy Wednesday I it is 3:30 in the afternoon and I had to go home sick this morning that wasn’t good and obviously it’s my first week in a.
New job and to have to go home sick in my first week of a new job has just made me so upset I’m so embarrassed and the managers were amazing she my new manager she was absolutely incredible so fine about it but just for me I’m so embarrassed that I had to go home sick in my first week like my third day I couldn’t even get through 3 days of work.
Like how embarrassing and it’s so not like me I’m such a hard diligent worker that this is causing me like genuine embarrassment to not be to have had to go home sick and obviously at the moment Jaden and I are sharing one car his car isn’t Curr drivable and cuz he works shifts he’s been taking my car and I have been getting a ride into the city.
With my mom and dad my more dad because they both also work in the city and basically that meant I had no car I couldn’t drive myself home and honestly I was in so much pain that I think it would have been dangerous for me to drive anyway um so I probably would have had to call Jaden regardless be I had to call him so he had to come from work to.
Come pick me up and take me home and then he went back to work basically um he just used like his lunch break essentially early to come pick me up and bring me home but yeah I’m feeling a little bit better like I said it is about 3:30 now so I’m feeling better I’m still like shaky I’m still in pain but the pain subsided enough that I’m no.
Longer getting sick from it so that’s definitely good I’ve been in bed SL on the couch all day should be all good tomorrow to go back to work I will be because my anxiety riddle brain is not going to let me take 2 days in a row off of work in my first week anyway I’m going to go call back up on the couch and watch YouTube videos.
Thanks for listening to me brand hello guys happy Thursday so we are about to head out to dinner with my family um we are actually going out to celebrate my birthday because we didn’t actually get around to doing it at my actual birthday and it’s just been such a crazy St to the year so My we’re going to a Mexican restaurant it’s called.
Prickles we’ve been going there since I was a little kid and I love it there um but I want to quickly show you my outfit and then we probably just have to get going okay so my dress is from Zara it’s just like this black plain dress and then my shoes are Nova little strappy black heels I’m going to take my blazer cuz it’s probably going to get cold in.
There and it’s raining tonight and I’m going to wear my little Coach bag that I am obsessed with and wear all the time and then I’ve slick back my hair and I tried tried a new lip combo I’m not sure how I feel about it yet because I always do the exact same thing but I think it’s cute it’s like a bit more red than I usually do yeah we’re going to go have.
Dinner with my family and I’ll catch up with you guys later hello guys I am back from dinner now it was so good I had the trio of tacos I had a beef a chicken and a pinto bean and it was so delicious we’re just home now and I’m just getting ready for bed um and I thought I’d give you a.
Little update on the week so my new job it was so exciting to start a new job um obviously as you saw yesterday I was not well and I was quite um upset about missing a day of work in my first week and they were so good about it but I personally like I I’m a really hard worker I have a very strong work ethic I put a lot of pressure on myself and for.
Me to be sick in the first week of a new job was just so upsetting to me um but I’m okay today I’m feeling a lot better which is really great and yeah work was really good today so I’m pretty much all set up now I’m pretty much good to go I’ve got a bit of training left to do but I mainly know what I’m going to be doing which is really great and yeah.
It’s just a lot of fun starting a new job and getting to know a new team and all that sort of stuff so I’m really enjoying it now tomorrow is Australia Day I have pre-ordered a gluten-free Tim tamam donut which I’m so excited to go pick up in the morning I also ordered a lington flavor which is exciting and yeah that’s pretty much all the updates.
I’m going to finish my skin care because my skin is just not thriving and it needs some TLC but I catch up with you guys in the morning so you thought you got it made for E Liv spping out the back hello guys happy Friday we have had a very chill morning.
And we went and picked up some gluten-free Donuts so these are the special Australia Day flavors so I’ve got one Tim Tam donut and one lamington donut and we’re going to do a little taste test I think I’m going to do the Tim Tam one f look how cute it has like a little half a timt right on top yum now the lamington one so it’s got.
Like jam right on top those are both delicious I think the Tim time’s my favorite um we don’t have much planned for the rest of today we are going to the pub for dinner probably but it’s raining it’s kind of cozy and nice but yeah it’s been pouring rain all day long so there’s not a whole lot that we can do at the moment um but I edited a video.
Just been chilling out and yeah that’s it for now good morning everybody happy Sunday um I have come down to the shops because I need to get my nails done they look atrocious they’re really really bad I’ll show you a closeup after this but I just went in and grabbed myself a coffee at this shopping center and I tried both.
The nail salons here but they’re both like super busy and couldn’t get me in for nearly an hour and I didn’t want to wander around the shops for a whole hour where I just couldn’t be bothered to be honest so instead I’m going to go to my usual nail salon which is like 2 minutes around the corner um and I think they can fit me and I called and they said.
Just to come by in the next half an hour it should be fine but at least I’ve got myself a coffee which is good um I did heatless curls last night and they kind of half turned out cute half it’s really really humid and my hair is just super frizzy no matter what I do which kind of sucks but anyway I also went to Pet Barn first thing and I got a couple of things.
For Wednesday um it is and this is this is crazy but it is Wednesday’s first birthday this week my baby’s all growing up her birthday is the 1st of February so I got her some little nail clippers because she just needs them I’m going to wrap them up for her and I got her a birthday outfit it’s this little pink bandana and it’s got little ice creams.
On it how cute and then there’s this really like nice like bougie um pet store in the city so on my way home from work one day this week I am going to stop in there and just like get her some fun little treats and stuff like that just some stuff that she really liked because she’s my baby and I don’t have children so I’m going to be spoiling my.
Dog like you guys have seen my videos you know that my dog is getting spoiled for her birthday and I don’t care if people think it’s weird that is my child anyways I am going to go get these nails done now let me show you we’re working with so I haven’t I haven’t had these done since we went to cans so right before I went away to cans and they got.
So long that I trimmed them myself if you can’t tell from the shape like look at the shape on this one anyway they’re really bad really overgrown like I don’t know if you can see cuz it’s a really natural color but they’re super grown out and it is just hell time to go and get these done um so yeah what I’m thinking is I want to do red because I’m.
Really obsessed with the whole pop of red situation at the moment so we’re going to go red I haven’t fully fully decided but I did get some inso pic I just as I said I went in and got a coffee I also got myself a banana bread and just like sat and chilled and whatnot but I really like these ones from Pinterest I feel.
Like I like that red like the deeper still cherry red but not like red do you know what I mean they’re almost neutral um and I like the shape of those cuz my nails are obviously relatively long but they’re not actually long enough to armed at the moment I don’t think so we’re probably going to go for like an oval.
Elongated situation anyway let’s go the C my w in the sun all righty guys I am home I got my nails all done I went with red after all and I feel like they turned out very cute the urge has come over me to REM model our entire home as always so I am redoing this corner I’ve already started.
Cuz I kind of forgot to show you first but this is the corner I’m redoing this is going to have a bookshelf these are what were there previously and they’re just a ugly and B they’re actually not the greatest storage solution they’re kind of annoying so I’ve got just a basic bookshelf to go in here instead and then obviously all of this junk is.
Going to go back there so that’s the game plan I just got one of these ones from K just like one of these Cube Storage situations so that is the game plan I am going to build that and then deal with the rest of the storage after that I also haven’t measured so I really hope it.
