Delicious gluten-free peach scones, perfect for a sweet breakfast or snack. Enjoy the juicy flavor of fresh peaches in every bite!
Deliciously Tender and Naturally Sweetened Treats for Everyone!
Gluten-free peach scones are a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of peaches with a tender, buttery texture. The recipe utilizes gluten-free all-purpose flour, making it suitable for those with gluten sensitivities. Key ingredients include granulated sugar, gluten-free baking powder, cold shredded butter, and a mix of heavy cream, orange juice, and a large egg. The addition of chopped fresh or frozen peaches enhances the flavor, while a sprinkle of turbinado sugar on top creates a lovely crust once baked.
To prepare the scones, start by whisking together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then, incorporate the shredded butter by coating each piece with flour, followed by adding the peaches. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and then combine everything until a dough forms. Shape the dough into a circle about ¾ inches high and cut it into eight pieces before transferring them to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each scone with cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar before baking at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until they turn light golden. Allow them to cool on a wire rack, and enjoy the delicious results!

Regular flour and it will be fine so I’m tripling the recipe again because this customer I always make extra so she can keep it in the freezer and when she needs it she just takes it out I have six cups of flour I have six uh teaspoons of baking powder and a teaspoon and a half of salt.
So can’t believe New Year’s has come and here we go a year thank God we’re all here so anyway um in here I have three cubes or a cup and a half of Frozen butter and I shredd it with my um Shredder or with um grater I mean I graded not shredded I graded oh my gosh New Year’s is already.
Gone and we’re in 2025 where did the time go so so you want to be gentle with this you don’t want to press too much because you want that shredded uh butter to be separated and that’s what we’re doing we’re using our fingers and the flower to separate.
All that butter I do this maybe every other month and sometimes depend how often she goes through or every month I bake for her so and these are things you can do ahead of time put in a freezer let’s go this new year with simpler life on weekends when you’re home bake a.

First and if I need to use my parchment paper then flip it make sure there’s flour in that bottom and we’re going to shape into a circle um about about a half2 inch you don’t want them too too big okay and I’m going to use my bow scraper to cut them okay and use this.
Side put some flour on both sides and you’re going to cut them into eggs when they uh when you use the caned feet peaches they get softer because the the liquid from the peaches okay friends here it is my scums and now I’m going to brush them with some cream and then I’m going to put some.
Turbonada sugar which is raw sugar on top um you can leave it if you don’t want to but I it gives a nice crunch so uh I have a lot of plans for this New Year’s I want to spend more time on my channel on YouTube so you will see more videos of me on my daily um tasks whatever it is that I do.
