Indulge in a Guilt-Free Delight: Wholesome Ingredients for a Monster-sized Treat!

Hello everyone um today we are going to make monster cookies um I am going to adopt it a little bit um just because I don’t quite have all the ingredients um so we’re going to start out with putting a stick of Bel melted butter in my bowl and next we have 1 and 1/2 cups of peanut butter.

So um sure you get it all scraped out and I like to put all the wet ingredients in first and mix it up um all right and then we do three eggs all right and now I am going to add the.

Sugar next before I um mix it up um I am using organic cane sugar um it takes one cup of white sugar and I’m choosing to use this type of sugar and then it takes one cup of brown sugar and I am choosing to use about a half a cup of coconut sugar and about a half a cup of sucon nut um feel these are little bit.

Healthier sugars but um it would take one cup of regular brown sugar would be fun then I’m going to take my mixer and beat this up all right um then we are going to add 4 and 1/2 cups of.

Oatmeal now I have glutenfree oatmeal here um I am glutenfree so we use the glutenfree oatmeal so 4 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal and then it t takes two teaspoon of baking soda and I just put that all in with the oats and two.

Tpoon of vanilla all right and then again we’re going to mix it all up again all right so this uh is having a little difficulty cuz it’s a rather stiff batter um I think I’m going to just use a spatula maybe to do the.

Rest and then we will add the chocolate chips all right that worked better um and I am going to add one bag of um allergen free semi chocolate chips um the recipe actually calls for 4 oz of chocolate chips and 8 oz of M&M’s I do not have the M&M’s so I am just putting in chocolate.

Chips it will still taste good it still will have the chocolate in um and it’s a rather stiff um batter but that’s it works fine to use the spatula to mix it up all right so I think I have that pretty well mixed up um that’s what it looks like I will go ahead and get my pans.

Ready and uh put it on the pans all right so I’m going to use a cookie scoop and some on my pans and if I had M&M’s it would make it look much prettier um but.

Again I just am using regular chocolate chips some before I put them in the oven um I have a 350° oven and I will be baking these for 8 to 10 minutes and uh it should turn out pretty good all right in the oven they will go all right I ended up baking these for 8 minutes so now I’m just going to go.

And take them off the tray some of my cooling racks to cool and boy don’t they look wonderful very yummy monster cookies hope you enjoy
