One mix it up as best as you can with the Whisk I hold the bowl for you yeah you stir it as fast as you can nice this how fast I can that is looking very good want me to do.

Some make it all brown okay what was that oh was the oven preheating all right you keep mixing all right that’s nice and well mixed now let’s add our chocolate and butter we’ve melted half a cup of chocolate with 2/3 of a cup of butter it’s like a nice chocolate do you want me to pour it.

In or do you want to pour it in you pour it in while I mix nice it all black oh black yep I’ll use a spatula to get all that in there mix it up nice and.

Good it that’s good mixing I’m using musroom so we’re going to add one teaspoon of can I pour it in vanilla sure I pour it in one teaspoon of vanilla.

Okay now we got to add some flour do you want to mix or do you want to pour I want the mix all right I’ll pour it in while you mix we’re using chicki flour cuz it’s got better fiber and protein than a lot of other gluten-free flowers let make it all yellow.

Yeah chickpea flour has about 23% protein how does this look it looks really good regular flour sits out of about 133% protein and a lot of gluten-free flowers that contain mostly rice and potato starches only have like one per maybe yeah that 5% protein or something very little so the chickpea is good for.

Getting our protein how this this one to you can I do this all right I’ll I’ll stir and you’re going to add 4 tbspoon of cocoa powder whoops you got.

It you want to mix that a bit nice can I do the chocolate chips uh well I got to continue doing this we’ll also add half a teaspoon of salt you want me to take over some of the mixing huh you want me to take over some of the mixing you will mix in the chocolate chips got to mix it nice and good cuz.

The chickp powder does sometimes struggle to mix in just let me get it next nice and mixed now I’m can put the chocolate chips in okay let’s put those chocolate chips in throw half a cup of chocolate chips and we can just lightly mix those.

In you keep mixing those okay that’s good mixing now we’re going to transfer to our baking dish which I’ve lightly greased and we will bake that for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

D watch this video on a TV can watch it later I just want to watch it now well we got to make the video first before we can watch it how will we do that uh well I have to turn it into a video but Lo it we need to do we need but on.

Top the last one no huh no butter on top of the brownies that was just the bread it’s the bread yeah oh all right Kent tell us what you you think good really good yeah anyway you could describe it messy so we can’t eat them on the couch a.

Little bit of messy so we can’t eat it on the couch all right I have a piece here now I’m going to try it out melts in your mouth nice and soft little gooey it isn’t too.

Crisp PL a little crunch on the top there it’s been broiled can’t taste the Chickpea in there at all which is good it’s why I like the flour for brownies is cuz all the cocoa covers up that chickp flavor all right Gray’s home from school tell me what do you think of our.
