Indulge Guilt-Free: Energizing Peanut Butter Bars That Nourish Your Body and Delight Your Taste Buds!

I’m going to share with you the all-time favorite snack within our Ignite community as well as within my own house, which is the corn free, dairyf free, gluten-free, and soyf free chocolate peanut butter protein bars. Not only are these so delicious, but they are the perfect grab-and-go protein snack. The ingredients for these protein.

Bars are two cups of peanut butter. I use this whole container from Costco. One cup of honey. Four scoops of protein powder. I use chocolate protein powder. 1 and 1/2 cups of the gluten-free sprouted rolled oats. One cup of smashed rice check cereal. And I like to melt chocolate and layer it on top of the protein bars. I will only use the Nestle.

Organic Nestle or the Enjoy Life. They’re allergenfree, but they also have no bioengineered food ingredients in them, and I like that. And this is where my microphone unknowingly died. So, stick with me here. So, in a large pot and over low heat, combine your peanut butter and honey and mix them both together. The heated pot helps soften.

The peanut butter and makes the mixing much easier. Then one at a time, add each ingredient to the mixture, which is 1 and 1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats, crushed rice, check cereal, and your protein powder. And be prepared because you will.

Probably get an arm workout. Once everything is good and mixed together, you’re going to pour your mixture on a large baking sheet. I like to use this opportunity to mix everything together one more time. And be careful because this mixture can get very.

Hot. And then finally, like dough, I use a cup to roll out the peanut butter mixture evenly throughout my pan. If you decide to add chocolate to your peanut butter protein bars, I like to melt mine on a double boiler with a little bit of coconut oil. Or of course, if you choose to put yours in the microwave and melt that way, that’s.

Totally great. But what I’m going to do is I’ve got this boiling. I’ve got that pot on top. I’m just going to put a little scoop of coconut oil. Let that melt. I’m going to add some of these delicious enjoy life dark chocolate morsels and let those melt. And at any point in time, if I feel like it sticking, I just.

Add a little more coconut oil to it. All right, here we go. Here is the chocolate. And I’m just going to spread it all over the peanut butter bars. This spreads pretty smoothly, so you can definitely get everything you need out of that to spread evenly. All right, here we go. Okay, so now I’m going to put this.

In the refrigerator for about 15 20 minutes. I’m not even going to cover it. I just need it to harden. I need this chocolate to harden because then I’m going to cut this up into small squares and then it’s going to stay in my refrigerator. I just got the peanut butter bars out of the refrigerator and the chocolate is plenty hard enough for.

Me to cut. So, I’ve got my knife here and I’m just going to start cutting these in some pretty small squares. Last thing to do is to take these peanut butter protein squares and put them in a Tupperware container. And I like to line each layer with some parchment paper. That way the chocolate doesn’t stick. And then you store it in.

Your refrigerator and enjoy it for as long as they’ll last. Thanks for watching.
