hi guys welcome to my YouTube channel I’m so excited to share a glutenfree cracker recipe with you this recipe has no sugar and was actually made in my air fryer the ingredients for this recipe is one cup of almond flour 1 tbsp ground FL seed 1/4 taspo.

Salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 tablespoon of canola oil or you can use any oil of your choice and 1/4 cup of oil sorry 1/4 cup of water 1 teaspoon of chai and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds I will put a list of the ingredients and the Meed in description.

Box so you don’t have to worry about um writing it uh down so the first step is to get a large um mixing bowl you’re going to add your one cup of um almond flour to the Bowl next you’re going to add your 1 teaspoon of.

Origano and one teaspoon of a chai seeds and 1 teaspoon of um sesame seeds that is your ground Flex seat which is 1 tbspoon and about4 to half teaspoon salt so you’re going to give this a.

Little mix and then you’re going to add your oil which is one tbspoon and your water which is about qu cup a little at a time until you form a nice smooth uh dough once your dough has been formed you can use um two pieces of a baking paper or you can use.

A silic corn mat and roll it out and then you’re going to cut cut it into little squares or rectangles like like crackers once that’s done you’re going to bake it in your air fryer on 18 180° for approximately 10 minutes these crackers can also be baked.

In the oven and I will put the temperature and um the time in the description box yeah you can see the dough is the dough is ready and it’s ready to be rolled out and you can see here I’m um I’m using my C con n and um basically a parchment or.

Baking paper to to roll it out so make sure not to roll out the dough too thin because it is a bate and it can easily break so it should be not too thick not too thin but just right in um like sort of the thickness of a Tracker.

It was my first time making this but it really turned out um well you have to be a little careful with the the the Dome and handle it curly m another option is to basically directly.

To cut it directly onto the baking paper in other words transfer your your dough onto a baking paper roll it out and then cut it into shapes and pop it into either the air fryer or the oven and there after you can uh uh separate it here you can see I placed my U biscuits.

In my air fryer and um it it took exactly the first batch took exactly 10 minutes and the second Gap took about 8 minutes thank you for watching please like share and subscribe oh
