Hi I’m Gwen and welcome to my kitchen today I’m going to show you how to make some incredible anti-inflammatory Banana Pancakes that are loaded with protein and they’re pretty much the best way to start the weekend so let’s go okay because I do not love to do dishes I’m going to show you how to do.

This in one bowl all you’re going to need is a couple of measuring things and a few stirring delays let’s do this we are going to need 1 cup of almond flour 1 cup of buckwheat flour which isn’t actually wheat at all and is in fact part of the rhubarb family so crazy we’re adding 1 teaspoon of.
