Deliciously Crispy Delight: Indulge in Flavor-Packed Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Savory Spinach and Creamy Cheese!
First, take one block of softened cream cheese. I just softened it up in the microwave just a little bit. I’m going to take here some pesto sauce. Just regular pesto. I’m going to take 1/3 cup of pesto sauce. Put that into our cream cheese. We are going to stir this up really well.
So the pesto and the cream are completely combined. And I’ll be right back. We’re also going to right now we’re going to set our air fryer to 375° for 5 minutes. We’re going to preheat it for 5 minutes at 375. I have here four flattened out chicken breasts.
Very flat, very thinly sliced. Slice them down. Pound them down. We’re just going to take some of our pesto cream cheese mixture and that’s going to go spread it out right on top of each chicken breast. Might be a little bit too much. You can take some and add it to the other side.
Into another one. We’re just going to put this pesto uh cream cheese mixture over top of each one of these chicken breasts. I’m going to try and leave some room so that when we do roll them up, which we are going to do, we’re going to roll them up that it doesn’t like come spewing out the sides, right? We don’t want that. That would make too much of a.
Mess. And after we get that nice pesto cream cheese on there, I’m going to go ahead and I have here some fresh thin sliced shaved um down deli ham. This is low sodium ham. And I’m just going to go ahead and just put a nice flat layer of it in the middle.
Here of each one of these chicken breasts. I kind of push it down so it kind of like adheres to that pesto. I got this shaved really thin, guys. So, it’s really, really thin. Um, but it’s going to be delicious because we got thin chicken and we got the thin layer of ham. There we go. We got our.
Ham on there. Once the hands on there, going to go ahead put a couple of slices of our baby spinach and do that. Like so big one. That one. Then we’re going to go ahead and add the mozzarella cheese on top of these. Once I add that mozzarella on top, we’re going to go ahead and roll these up.
You want to roll these up as tight as you can. as you can without too much of the inside stuffing coming out. Right. So now I have three bowls here. One bowl is some gluten-free almond flour, baking pow flour. And then I have here two eggs beaten. Making this kind of like chicken colors, but you’re just going to just do.
This on the outside. And then I have some gluten-free breadcrumbs in this one. and take each one of our chickens very carefully and we’re going to make sure we coat it nicely and just spin it around gently into that flour first. Once you get it coated in that flour, we’re going to go right into our.
Egg mixture. Get it nice and coated in the egg. Flip it over. And then we’re going to bring it right over to our breadcrumbs there. Do the same thing with the next one. Once you get it to those.
Breadcrumbs, you want to kind of just use your fingers. Shake it up. You can roll it. You can roll it with your fingers. It’s no big deal. Roll it up. We got a nice coat on the outside of our chicken breast. See how nice and easy it is. Okay. So, we got that all done. Going to.
Go ahead and put it onto our tray. I’m going to continue with the other three and then I’ll show you what we’re going to do. We’re going to throw them in the air fryer and get it ready. Next, we’re going to go ahead and spray our preheated air fryer. some cooking spray. We’re going to go ahead and put.
Our chicken roll up chicken breast right in the air fryer like so. We don’t want to overcrowd it. I’m going to try and make these four fit in here perfectly together, but without touching. See how I did that? Okay. And then you want to take your cooking.
Spray and you just want to spray the chicken breast like so. Spray the one side. Pop in that air fryer at 375. And at first, you’re only going to do it for 10 minutes. So, we’re going to put them in for 10 minutes, 375, and I’ll be back. Now, after that first 10 minutes, going to take each.
One, and we’re going to flip it over to the other side. Come over to the other side. And then we’re just going to go ahead and we’re going to spray them again with the cooking spray. And we’re going to pop them back in at that 375. And we’re going to do it for 15.
Minutes. Check them. Make sure the chicken’s done. After that 15 minutes, I’ll be back and we’re going to shove them up. So, now that 15 minutes is up, we’re going to go ahead pull these out. They look perfectly done on the inside. You want to remove your.
Toothpicks and your chicken pieces. Look at that perfectly cooked piece of chicken. It’s nice breaded chicken. All gluten-free though, right? I’m going to go ahead and cut one of these open for you just so you can see the everything perfectly through all the chicken the whole.
Inside. You got that melted mozzado. We got our ham, our spinach. Look at that, guys. Wow. And it smells so delicious. You can see the steam coming out of there, right? Perfectly in the air fryer. Done and delicious. You can serve with any side you like. I’m probably not going to serve with the side. I like it just the.
Way it is. But if I was to do a side, I’d probably do like a salad, something light, beet salad or something. But here you guys guys go. This is my What a croc. Not in the croc air fryer stuffed ham, cheese, and spinach chicken breasts. So nice and crispy on the outside and kind of like a cordon blue.
Different cheese, different um stuff inside. But still, this is my stuffed chicken in the air fryer. Take care. Hope you enjoyed.
