Savoring Gluten-Free Delights: A Culinary Adventure at Epcot’s 2024 Food & Wine Festival
Hi everyone welcome in we are here at epcot’s Food and Wine Festival uh for 2024 is my first day here at the festival so we have so much to explore we’re going to check out the food booths we’re going to check out the maps everything new in Epcot there’s so much uh new things to explore uh the Brewing factories back we’re going to check out.
The merchandise for this year’s festival and uh this video is going to be an all-in-one guide for gluten-free specifically for the Food and Wine Festival and with a new Festival comes a new passport so let’s go and get our passport for this year’s Festival check out the booklet real quick and just do an overview of what it looks like all.
Right here is the festival passports for food and wine let’s grab one and let’s take a quick look at the book Let’s flip through the pages and see what they got for us all right we have the booklet here for food and wine I think in the front it just shows the eat to the beat series what’s there we got the merchandise which I.
Need that spirit jersey I kind of want the Hat as well we’ll check out the merchandise when we get inside the earband also very cute and then we just flip through all the allergy friendly menu which we’re going to definitely scan that barcode and see uh what they have for us this year in regards to gluten-free uh all the different cheese.
Items and then if you just flip the pages it’s each booth and what they have to offer as you can see it is a rainy day here at Epcot uh not the ideal weather for the first day at Food and Wine but we’ll make the best of it I like playing jump from gift shop to gift shop so it’s whatever I live here I’m chilling all right let’s head into.
Creation shop and check out the merchandise for this year’s event I’m really looking forward to it hopefully they have a lot of figment stuff all right we are in the food and wine area let’s go through the merchandise real quick and show you guys what they have I’m really excited just by the look of this shirt I think it’s going to be a.
Good collection the first thing we have is this uh food and wine mug I’m absolutely obsessed with this love love love the art on it we have the Food and Wine Festival logo and figgy here for1 1999 the salt and pepper shaker garbage cans are back as figment is on the face of it uh this is $4.99 and it is really.
Cute here are the food and wine ears figment figment figment you know me how cute he’s eating grapes and the imagination logo right in the middle yeah yeah they did a good job okay so really cool thing I just noticed that you could take the bow off I’m not going to fully take it off but like cuz it’s tied but you could remove.
The bow and actually make it a men’s bow like that’s pretty dope cuz some people don’t like bow so having that option is actually really cool we have a new figment lunch box for the festival we have the logo there I’m definitely picking this up as I already have the figment lunch box from last year but this will be a nice.
Replacement I am absolutely obsessed with this figment patterns button-up shirt honestly if it wasn’t $64.99 I would buy this today uh this is probably my favorite item from the festival so far uh look at the detail of figgy with all the different foods I love the colors yeah uh the corkle this year is really cute it has the same pattern this.
One’s expensive I think this is like 40 bucks but yeah I don’t buy corles anymore but this is really cute there’s a brand new food and wine mystery pin set this year and those are some really cool characters uh I have a video coming up on Tik Tok uh unboxing these I’m getting two boxes today hopefully we get Swedish Chef and figment so check out my.

Grill has Food and Wine Festival here on the back very popular I think this is like $80 $88 but really cute I don’t buy Lounge fly personally but if you do cute I love this crop shirt for the ladies imagination is the spice of life I’m loving this figment merch my kind of shirt love the tie-dye Vibes you have the logo on the front and then this is.
What the back looks like yeah picking that up today this kind of scares me uh Mickey Plush where’s his eyes um yeah no that’s not going to happen stare into those eyes I love this they put a little pumpkin um Decor I guess over near figment your.
Journey into imagination really cute I think pumpkin uh Pluto’s pumpkin Pursuit should be um starting soon in a couple of weeks so I guess that is to um just get ready for the The Fall season like I want to do 10 all right we’re going to head over to the Brewing lab uh they had this booth last year it is hosted by honeydew and.
Beaker from Muppet labs and they have a bunch of wings and there are gluten-free wings I do want to show you guys so let’s head over there now all right guys we are officially in the Brewing lab and I found the only gluten-free wings that were available at the booth and they are the peanut butter and jelly sticky wings they were $7 um I did speak to a chef.
The only gluten-free items are uh in this booth anyway uh the peanut butter and jelly wings so let’s try them out all right we have the peanut butter and jelly sticky wings from The Brew Wing lab honeydew and Beaker are going off in the background but these are the wings they are the only gluten-free wings that are available at the festival as you can.
See I’ve already eaten some as I am messy but cheers to you guys this thing is really good get out of town get out of town these are so good if you love Wings if if you are on a gluten-free diet if you can’t eat gluten check these out man $7 I.
Think take a bite all right this is not food and wine at all but I don’t care it’s hot as hell it is so humid um we’re roasting and toasting over the fire so I got myself the Kori butchered it but it’s a snow cone okay melon tangerine and Cherry the most refreshing um item I think at upcot as.
It falls apart right now during the video that’s okay it’s so good it’s ice and sugar can’t beat it once again Italy decides to disrespect the Italians and made Italian style nachos um Italian Sal nachos homemade beef Ragu pasta chips tomato sauce and a dried Rota cheese.
925 uh not gluten free so I will not be trying that but what a disrespect man all right this item isn’t fully gluten-free it is the chocolate fondue over at the Alps next to Germany um I can have the strawberries dipped in the chocolate and the marshmallows I just can’t have the pound cake so it’s not fully gluten-free.
But whatever you know what I mean so I don’t know like do we just try it is it warm it is it’s warm very good very good whatever I wouldn’t get it again all right so after further um digging and trying it out this marshmallow thing is.
Really hard it’s not like a soft marshmallow the chocolate’s the best part of the dish I mean as well as it should be it should be the main event right if this wasn’t the main event if the chocolate wasn’t the best part then this would get a low rating so oh my.
God what happened the marshmallow like poofed up I’m going to give it um a 5 and a half out of 10 going to say six at most it’s good I wouldn’t get it again though good strawberry on to the next one and just for reference everyone we are not going.

Booths even if there’s not a gluten-free option foodwise um I have the mango peach bubble tea you can always grab a drink it’s hot you know what I mean I got a snow cone before whatever you just make the best of it you enjoy a drink cuz this is really good on a hot day like today sometimes it’s not always food.
You’re looking after so all right we are currently at the Fry Basket over near test track uh in future world to try the frylight let’s go to the booth try these out I had them last year wasn’t a big fan but I’m hoping it’s better this year thank you so much oh yeah oh yeah let’s get it all.
Right guys we are here at the Fry Basket at the food and wine uh we have the fry flight the fry flight is a um they have three fries um truffle parmesan fries barbecue bacon fries and uh with smoked a sweet potato fry with candied pecans toasted marshmallow cream and bourbon maple syrup for $8 you get three um three samples of some fan favorite fries.
They are all gluten-free so um if you once again have to eat gluten-free make sure to come to the Fry Basket to check these out uh let’s eat them let’s let’s try them out real quick so up first we got the sweet potato fry oh no I dropped it 2 second rule these are so good two second rule who.
Cares I love how they have like little pecans in it I like the classic truffle you don’t need sauce for the Truffle you do you do I mean the aoli sauce would have gave it a little I like the barbecue ones as well there’s too much seasoning the aoli is really good I feel like the Truffle needs the aoli for you to give it a better rating uh yeah the.
TR oh yeah are we missing the aoli I think so no the Truffle parmesan fries are just truffle yeah so just truffle so and these are the Truffle parmesan fries you see they have the Truffle seasoning as someone who eats glutenfree you can never go wrong with fries they’re always gluten-free most of the time and they’re an easy win they fill.
You up um I’m okay so yeah these are filling I definitely would get these again next video we’re going to try the adobo Yuka fries because last year those were fantastic so we’ll check that out in the next video all right guys the night is coming to an end but let’s close it off the right way uh food and wine has an eat to the beat concert.
Series that is very popular uh we’re heading over to America now uh the American Stage uh American Pavilion stage for Sugar Ray um let’s see if we can catch the concert to close out the night maybe some fireworks but a big part of food and wine is that concert series um you could check uh the lineup for who’s performing on which days on.
