Fluffy Delights: Crafting Irresistible Gluten-Free Pancakes with Namaste!
This is Steve from Steve’s awesome finds and crazy TV and today we’re looking at Namaste one of my favorite glutenfree pancakes I’m going to show you the easiest way to make pancakes without using eggs oil but we are going to use a type of milk it’s allergen and gluten-free this.
One is non GMO verified it also is made in the USA so this is how I make it without eggs cuz I eat eggs also but I don’t want to waste my eggs and make you know pancakes also I’ll be going through eggs like crazy so what I do this is this is this is what I do I.
Just kind of feel out what how much I want there’s no special measuring that I do I just pour uh I pour flour in there and that’s pretty good Mount right there I get two big you know I want two big pancakes with my uh.
Eggs then what I do is I use almond milk then this is this is from Costco and um it’s organic unsweetened vanilla and what I do is I pour in my almond milk okay now this is you know it’s so simple it’s crazy it’s going to be pretty thick here now you can either pour some more.
Almond milk in there because you want it just a little thinner or you can do a tad of water but sometimes you got to be careful with water it’ll become too thin so I’m just going to stick with the almond milk so I can show you these pancakes that’s pretty pretty good it’s it’s up to your discretion but see the.
Consistency is thick and thin enough to make a good batter that’s all I do guys no eggs no oil but what I do put in the pan I just put a little chunk of grass-fed butter in my pan and I cook it on um a little less than medium on my pancakes so let me put these in the pan and show you how they turn out all right guys so I got the pan.
It’s all uh it’s all preheated ready to go you just want to pour the batter in there I am using a a green pan it’s called the brand is green pan it’s PFO PF whatever you know the it’s it’s it’s lead free and it’s chemical free so it’s a it’s a great pan to use that’s.
Non-toxic because if you use a Teflon pan Teflon has chemicals that are released uh they’re they’re chemical gases that are released from the pan so I use a a non-toxic green pan now you’ll see the pancake batter kind of bubbling up Let It Go for a minute here when it bubbles like that you know you can flip.
It and that’s a nice golden lightly brown pancake I don’t like them burnt I like them nice and fluffy and that’s a good pancake right there all right so that that’s good you can you can see the little uh you can see how fluffy it is the indentation there I’m going to go ahead.
And take that out I’m taking that out and let’s make the next one quick I’ve been on a gluten-free diet for close to maybe a decade now almost almost a decade it’s very easy these days I do it mainly for uh maximum absorption of vitamins and to keep inflammation down do have a little.
Psoriasis and I maintain psoriasis by not eating gluten all right this one’s going to be slightly smaller than the other one but two pancakes for me is the like the magic number cuz I don’t want to go overboard uh these are just that’s just enough good uh that’s just enough carbs.
I need to kick kick me off in the morning you know with my eggs all right so there you can see that pancakes done let’s get it going there you go guys that’s my pancakes and now you’re probably wonder what do you put on them well you can you can put on a little butter you can see how nice and fluffy that is here’s the.
The two choices I like some organic maple syrup or organic honey either way I think I’m going to go with the maple syrup maple syrup tastes the best but it is higher in Sugar it’s got 24 G per two uh tablespoons no it’s not that bad okay so so for 2 tablespoons of maple syrup you’ll get 24.
G of sugar so so be careful 1 tablespoon will get Grant you 17 g of sugar and honey so let’s uh let’s just drizzle some maple syrup on this one very lightly you don’t need much with maple syrup it goes really far A little bit goes a really far that is what I call drizzling so you just drizzle that on there that’s.
Enough that’s not even I would say that’s less than two tablespoons uh when you drizzle drizzle it out if you want to see how fluffy let me just show you real quick there’s the pancake nice fluffy pancake glutenfree.
Allergen free so good it’s free from 15 of these allergens right there guys Namaste made in the USA allergen free and glutenfree also made with real vanilla bean Flags or Flex thanks for watching guys I’m Steve.
With Steve’s awesome finds and crazy TV see you guys on the next one
