Gluten-free frosting at the store very easily and I did circles because a lot of times they don’t necessarily have the cutout cookies that are gluten-free but they have the drop ones which make circles so we can decorate them still in really cool fun holiday festive looks all right well let’s get into the holiday SP right here let’s get to.

Decorating let grab your cookies okay and you have a lot of different ingredients right here on the side for us describe what you brought exctly so we have gluten-free pretzels and they’re super delicious then we have some sprinkles that are gluten-free too and we have some eyeballs because we got to have a little bit of eyeballs for our.

So what you want to do is you’re going to go around your cookie just like this and you’re going to make a circle keep going around it and around and around and around and around and look at that okay and also where did you find these ingredients as well so you can get them at any of your local grocery stores so Meer Kroger any places like that you.

Really can just get them and you can find these trust me anywhere um you can get a lot of your sprinkles and things like that from any of the supply stores like Joann’s or Michael’s Hobby Lobby places like that and it’s gluten-free now you got your little circles going here so what you’re going to do as a tip yep so what you can do is you can take.

Your spoon you’re nice them out okay yes so you can’t see it see how pretty that looks now there we go much better all right so now what you’re going to do and I’m going to I’m going to borrow this and you’re going to take that one okay and we are going to make I’m going to make a nose just like that you just hold it and squeeze that’s all you got to do.

Is just hold it and squeeze hold it and squeeze and then you can move it around just a little bit I love this and then now you have that nice big no you see that and while we’re decorating Nikki this is so much fun because you can also teach the kids why it’s important for everyone to have gluten-free options now what can happen when we don’t have these.

Types of things at the table and we don’t have these ingredients yes so my girls have a gluten allergen but some people have Celiac so Sil either one usually you have tummy issues a lot of GI issues vomiting you know other stuff happening that doesn’t feel good and it literally can put you in bed for days seriously and then you can also have um.

You know um skin allergies so basically your skin will flare up so all types of things that can happen I always say that what happens externally is 10 times worse internally okay right so what’s happening on the inside is even worse than what is manifesting on the outside okay yeah and that’s important for us to know that’s important for us to teach.
