Transform Your Plate: A Fresh Twist on a Classic Mediterranean Delight!

Welcome to my channel keto meals and recipes.com today I’m going to show you how easy it is to make this tasty keto adaptation of my version of cauliflower rice tabuli this makes a wonderful light meal on its own or a tasty side dish with your favorite meats or fish there are three great reasons I really like this recipe the first and obvious reason.

Is this recipe just tastes amazing and is so delicious second it’s very quick and easy to make and lastly make extra because it will last for several days in your refrigerator and is a nice refreshing salad with any protein entree and if you want to know what my next video will be please watch to the end here’s a hint it’s a really fast and.

Delicious entree to serve with this amazing cauliflower tabuli as a complete meal in less than 30 minutes now for your information the nucha ratio of this delicious cauliflower rice tabuli is 2.3 to1 with 5.2 G of total carbs 0.9 G of soluble fiber 0.5 G of insoluble fiber resulting in only 3.8 G of net carbs and has only 79 calories per 270 G serving.

Or about a cup as I’ve already mentioned this is a very easy recipe to put together and it should take you less than 15 minutes here are most of the ingredients I’ll be using in this recipe I begin by chopping the cauliflower first I cut the head of cauliflower into fettes then cut the fettes into small pieces this is very.

Easy to do if you begin by taking your fuet cutting it into sections and then rough chopping into little pieces don’t be intimidated by this it really is very quick and easy and if you’re wondering I don’t recommend grating with a box grater or food processor because the cauliflower pieces will be too thin and too watery and they don’t have enough.

Texture also if you’re thinking of using Frozen rice cauliflower I really don’t recommend this first of all it’s slightly precooked and when you pan fry it it has kind of a rubbery taste and like with the grating the pieces are too small so the texture won’t be right for the couscous substitute as you can see by chopping the.

Cauliflower as I’m showing you here the individual pieces are a bit larger than grated this will result in a much nicer texture and mouth feel as part of my prep I also do the other vegetables like chopping my onions into very small pieces next I’m going to remove the cental leaves from the stems gather them all up and bundle them and then give.

Them a good rough chop and set them aside here I’d like to mention if you prefer you could replace the cilantro with flat leaf parsley in fact the original recipe used flat leaf parsley and this also tastes very nice but my family prefers the taste of cilantro so use whichever one you and your family.

Prefer I also pre-cut my English cucumber into 1/4 in thick medallions and then cut each of the med iion into four sections as I’m showing here lastly I cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters depending how large each of the cherry tomatoes is I prefer to use cherry tomatoes because they’re a bit sweeter and have more taste than.

Large Tomatoes especially if the large tomatoes are out of season but if it’s tomato season and they’re Vine ripe with that wonderful fresh taste and the Tomato itself is still firm by all means use a large tomato and cut it up and here I’m showing you the prepared ingredients and before proceeding I also want to show you how I pan fry my.

Cauliflower which takes about 5 minutes to do this just place a pan or a walk as I’m using on your stove top which is set to medium low heat drop in your butter and when you notice that the butter is starting to sizzle drop in the chopped cauliflower use a spatula and toss a couple times then cover the pan with the lid you want.

To keep the moisture in so that the cauliflower doesn’t get too dry however during the 5 minutes you’re cooking lift the lid toss it a couple times put the lid back on and continue cooking for the rest of the 5 minutes you want these cauliflower pieces to be alante or crispy do not overcook you do not want them to be soft.

You want the cauliflower to still have a nice texture after the 5 minutes and your cauliflower is done transfer it into a cool salad bowl you want to stop the cooking process in the meanwhile it’s now time to make the salad dressing for this cauliflower tabuli fetch a small bowl to which.

You’re going to pour in your olive oil or if you prefer you could also substitute with avocado oil next pour in the lemon lemon juice drop in the finely ground salt and your black pepper and at this point you add the cumin powder which I didn’t do on camera because I almost forgot to add it to this dressing and give everything a really.

Good whisk now it’s time to assemble the tbuli salad to the same Bowl you have added the stir-fried cauliflour now drop in the Cucumber the cilantro the onions and the cherry tomatoes give the dressing A good final stir and pour it over the vegetables.

Toss well to coat all the tabuli ingredients and there you have it quick and easy and very tasty this cauliflower tabuli salad is amazing and you can e it right away but in my opinion for best flavor I like to cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill for about an hour or so before serving and when I have.

Time I leave it overnight because the taste will develop as it rests so I highly recommend even if you’re making this for one or two people do make extra and keep the bowl covered in your refrigerator it will be an amazing side dish with many different Entre as I promised here’s a photo of the video recipe that shows the tasty.

Spiced grilled chicken I like to serve with this cauliflower tabuli I hope you like this quick and easy and exceptionally nutritious and tasty versatile recipe one of the things that I really enjoy and I find gratifying is when I receive comments so please do leave me your thoughts on this recipe questions or suggestions I love.
