Good morning hi it’s roxan and cooking fresh with roxan today we’re going to do something really special this is Sunday Sunday for me is that one day you can kind of just kind of create and make whatever really feels the best maybe comfort food and in this case that’s what we’re going to do what’s for breakfast or what’s for brunch shall we.
Say well I have these two bananas and they were looking kind of Si so I decided to make some banana bread but I’m going to make it with a Twist here’s how we’re doing so okay got everything all you said the eggs let’s see that right there that is your sugar your eggs and your oil all kind of Blended together we’re going to be.
Adding let’s see all right my recipe now to the3 of a cup of butter or coconut oil that also has two eggs in it that we have um blended it also has let’s see two eggs oh uh 3/4 of a cup sugar now I use a/4 of a cup of monk fruit sugar then a half a cup of um coconut sugar because I don’t like you know refined sugar in my.
Products that’s just how I feel about it but you can put 3/4 of a cup of regular sugar um it also has let’s see like the eggs and we’re going to do now adding the cup and a half of flour A4 of a teaspoon xantham gum that kind of makes it get more rise to it one teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt which is actually a/4 of a teaspoon I like the.
Salt tastes better it really does brings out flavor and stuff and we’re going to add um half a cup to a cup of wall depending on how it comes through consistency okay and then also at the end just a little bit of these yummy they’re um 88% caca I think uh chocolate and they’re made uh light lightly sweetened lightly sweetened here we go.
