Tiny Tummies: Delicious and Nutritious Gluten-Free Meals for Little Ones with Celiac Disease

Good morning welcome to this video it is what my 18-month-old eats in a day glutenfree so sorry for the audio in this clip kutting scrambled the rest of the video should hopefully be fine starting off with a smoothie with banana mango strawberry F protein yogurt blending that all up and then I thought oh hey I do have a bit of green powder.

So I added that too I’ll link that linked down below I’ve just given her some cheese while the porridge is finishing up so secret hack well I mean it’s not secret special hack I don’t know what is it egg egg so my egg my hack is my egg the egg is.

My hack is egg so what you do is when your porridge is pretty much done crack an egg into it again like so you’re just going to mix that in and that’s going to make it higher in protein and nice and creamy you’re not going to be able to taste it I promise just going to pop some of these.

Hemp seeds on often we do ground flax seed as well she really likes that I have tried jazzing it up and putting you know raisins and stuff like that she doesn’t seem to like it um just a plain porridge pan really have some porridge now water you want some water no use your spoon just realized the cup I’ve given.

Her um it’s an Open Glass it’s glass it’s something I don’t mind getting broken how is this not entirely montori there we go so this is how much porridge is left and she’s had about half of the Smoothie so I’ve just been painting the walls while we had the kitchen countertop installed so Frankie’s been a.

Very good girl haven’t you she’s been watching some Miss Rachel and a bit of Curious George and while she’s been doing that I’ve been keeping her supplied for snacks cuz it’s 5: to 12 so it’s definitely a little bit close to lunchtime so we’re going to head home but she’s had some K delicious mini coconut rolls she’s had apple and mango.

Pouch heart Le’s jelly pot juicy yogurt covered raisins be careful with these if your child or yourself are Celiac these ones are covered in rice flour however the strawberry ones the raspberry ones work in covered in wheat flour so just double check the ingredients Frankie’s napping right now before she did have a nap managed to get her to eat one of.

These which is just mashed carrot sweet potato and apple mixed together with an egg and some oat flour which Blended oats um mix it all together fry it up she seems to quite like them which is nice she typically doesn’t like the things that are like this while she’s been napping now I’ve just gotten po dinner on so for dinner we’re having.

Sweet soy pork with garlic and ginger I’m just gonna steam some broccoli have with some rice and I’ve just chopped up some watermelon as well so when she wakes up I’ll give her her lunch because by the time we got back there was no chance I I’m not even going to try and get you to eat because it’s just going to go to waste got some.

Melon this one oh if I can open it here you go go here you go M melon so when I made Frankie’s dinner yesterday I made a little bit extra so this is just lentils onions carrots something else.

Um can you remember what I put in it I put chopped some onions chopped some carrots chopped some celery fried that all added in the lentils added in a little bit of tomato mix that all and then just left that on the hob until the lentils were cooked so that’s basically what that is what do you.

Want I don’t have any cake yeah yeah she’s L been asking for coffee but I say babies don’t have coffee and I said how about melon melon melon and coffee nice nice I’m glad you like it coffee coffee I’m not going to get you coffee.

Baby is it for babies yeah I thought it was just for adults adults just for adults because they need the energy but babies don’t need energy adults adults yeah Mommy I am an adult aren’t.

I the raspberry fromage FR okay dolly no Dolly doesn’t like it yeah oh no what does Dolly like to eat milk she likes milk yeah oh that’s F no don’t put it in your mouth do you want to eat the strawberries you want to eat some strawberries no no do you want to eat the banana bares you want to eat the.

Strawberries take your cream out of your mouth she wants to eat her body wash she ate one slice of strawberry so I’m just going to pop those back in the fridge for tomorrow honestly I think she’s just tired at this point just wants milk so I’m going to do shower bed and milk not in that order obviously show her milk.

Bed and hopefully she’ll go to sleep if not then give her maybe some more milk near call it juice to you guys too um or a banana or something like that but I’ll let you know maybe see you later maybe not if not thank you for watching this video and I’ll see you in another what I eat in a day or what my daughter eats in a day have a nice day.
