We are at pter ly trench quarter and one of the things I love showing people and I’ve done some of this before is that there are amazing gluten-free sweet treats and surprises around in this Resort when you can get here by boat from Disney Springs or you can take a bus from one of the pars you can experience.
Glutenfree beignet now I will be honest and people may disagree with me the Beet before Co were air Puffs that flattened when you open them but they were more traditional kind of pastry feeling beet and I love those they were my favorites now the beignet are um more like donuts they’re thicker and denser I believe there’s applesauce in them.
Someone said to me the last time I was there some people like them more but now they’re Donuts they’re not beignet sometimes a fresh cooked donut with sugar and dipping sauce this is all you need and right now that’s all I need so here we go now if you’re ever coming here just for the Beet if you’ve taken the boat.
Come to the main building walk up to the center with a registration thank you sir registration and check-in is turn immediately to your right do not go into sagula although if you want to eat there there’s some nice things there instead come here to Scat Cat Club Cafe for your specialty beignet no they do not say that there are.
Glutenfree ones there there are trust me let’s go get something fun hey so I have ordered I’m going to put a picture of the receipt in right here just so you can see um I got the three beignes cuz they are more Duty than cakey or or they used to have more of a sense of um airiness like I said with the old version so this version is denser and.
That’s fine but it’s dener and it’s not my favorite that being said um I am also going to input a picture right now of the ingredients of the caramel sauce this is up for discussion it’s we constantly get people saying is it or isn’t it and today they said it is gluten friendly so I got it I also got the strawberry sauce so I’m going to.
Have those two sauces with the beignet cuz those are more my favorites which is funny cuz I love chocolate but that’s not my favorite with this pardon me I’m drinking some water now if you have dairy issues you cannot get a cafe olle or a cappuccino with them because the only option they have a preix machine that does it it’s.
2% more that’s it so that’s disappointing that you can’t that you can’t get a real one you know that it’s a pre-made kind of thing um so I went over next door to Sasa got some soy milk for myself um again vanilla but it’s you know they have vanilla or chocolate and I suppose the chocolate would have worked too um I did ask about the.
Pumpkin spice beet and she was looking for it in the book to verify if it was gluten friendly she wasn’t sure so she didn’t want to do it I’m like that’s fine I’d rather her feel comfortable I mean unless they put something weird in it it’s really cinnamon sugar not make all spice that kind of stuff and none of those things are issues for.
Me I will respect their need to be careful and I’m never going to question unless I know for a fact I have had it the ingredients have not changed for sure you know and you can always so um so they’re making them now I was given a little beeper which I will show you um not everyone gets the Beeper but because I’m have a special case I do so.
They will beep me when it’s time and I will go grab everything and then we will eat the Benin yay yum yum yum um again like I said I prefer the the the Airy Style versus the dut style but they’re still tasty so I’m going to enjoy these so the beautiful beignet have arrived the picture of wi.
Will go right here now what’s interesting is when I went to pick them up she had the sheet of paper she went what’s the name of your allerg what’s the name on the order like I went to take them and she went what’s the name on your order and I said the name what are your allergies and I read the allergies went okay you can have them so.
I guess they’re trying to make sure they don’t go to the wrong person but I had a beeper that was buzzing that I turned into them so it is what it is okay so we’ve got two sauces again caramel which they said was friendly this time and and they can’t say glutenfree they can say gluten- friendly just so you don’t panic so we’re going to pick one up very hot.
Just out of the fryer very hot just out of the fryer wow dipping it in the strawberry sauce got that little we say with can just fresh out of the oven and that really does make a difference I let them sit for about a minute they’re less heavy than they were the last time they felt cakier.
Before trying to get that green like good ch these are really really good today all right we’re going to try the infamous caramel sauce see what it’s like they’re still very hot um the.
Caramel is almost too sweet it’s good it’s tasty but it’s intense God I love this um I’m I am very happy that these are so tasty these are yay just so bit a Cris or cruncher on the edge um the marsh content inside is good it’s.
Not gummy but it’s not dried cakey which I had did before yeah I’ll be honest you don’t the sauce at all now they give you a sauce you can do it but I’m good without I’m good without I’m was.
Noticing I wasn’t liking the taste of the sauce with it cuz I have weird after flavor I just tried the sauce alone strawberry sauce it’s got a garlic under too so somebody did I don’t know how it you know like always looks sincerely there garlic and.
That sauce somebody messed up somewhere okay the caramel on was in on nice solid caramel so yeah so I may not be using the uh strawberry sauce I love the strawberry sauce in the past I think it’s just today’s batch just FYI hey so we have the Rapunzel study let’s try this again the rapun Sunday.
From storybook treats without the shortcake so it’s modified the picture of it will go right here but it’s a berry compot with lemon and Wild Berry doll whip a little bit of whipped cream and and some uh candied uh flowers that did look like they were okay when I.
Read this is good lot sugar um let me taste the capot by itself first strong Berry flavor nice liquid you know it’s a syrup and sauce kind of gives you that bright that brightness the lemon of.
course it’s really well balanced actually here the creaminess from the wild berry almost almost the edge of a yogurty flavor I mean not not sour like that that that kind of when you think of a strawberry y or.
Something and with the whipped cream take some of the sour and it’s off and of course you could get it without the whipped cream and be dairy free too cuz the berry and the lemon D whips are both uh dairy free flowers are big Bop sugar yeah it’s actually really.
Nice so if you want to something dull whippy didn’t necessarily want to go to a Lowa aisle this is quite tasty yeah recommend now still paying full price even if you don’t get the pound cake on it but nice light bright refreshing glf free and I like the fact that you know.
