Delight in Every Bite: A Whimsical Taste Test of Brazi Bites’ Gluten-Free Blueberry and Homestyle Waffles!

Today Kevin and I are going to be trying brzy bites waffles we have the Homestyle and we have the blueberry these were $5.99 each at Whole Foods uh these also said they were new at Whole Foods so if you’ve been in Whole Foods you’ve never seen these before it’s because they’re new so this is the home style show you how it.

Looks and I’m going to make these in the toaster so it says on the back of the box it says you can make them in the toaster or in the oven I personally um think it’s easier to make them in the toaster um unless you don’t have a toaster or you’re making the whole box or you’re making the whole box exactly the the oven would be nice if you’re.

Making the whole box um that would be quicker of course because my toaster only holds two pieces now your toaster might hold six pieces pieces or something I know they make bigger toasters so there’s the blueberry so anyway what you do is you toast it on the lowest setting and you might have to do that twice usually I do two settings.

For my waffles but we’ll see I’ll let you know when they come out so we have our waffles here I only went for one time so one time on the lowest setting and they feel good to me the texture when you check them out of the box you immediately notice they’re a different texture than like an Eggo because an EG is kind of like floppy it kind of.

Reminds me an EG is like a Twinkie a twinky has that floppy soft and rubbery texture and ego is that same soft rubbery texture so they remind me of each other uh the the brzy bites because they’re glutenfree I told Kevin I said these immediately remind me of those vans vans gluten-free waffles which I love that brand so.

Haven’t had them in so long my favorite were like the pumpkin spice Vans um but these are the home style goodness in every bite 5 gram of protein glutenfree simple wholesome ingredients crispy and fluffy I know I’m repeating some of this stuff but it says it on here three times you get six waffles for $5.99 so they’re a dollar a piece they’re a doar a waffle.

Um it says three servings are in the container two waffles are 200 calories or you can eat the entire box for 590 calories if you do want to bake them in the oven preheat your oven to 400° Place frozen waffles on a baking sheet and heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until hot okay so this is the just the regular and we’re going to have it plain.

But then we also have um some syrup to dip it in I was trying to see where these are made it’s really small like a FL Portland Oregon brzy bites Portland Oregon mhm it has a good flavor doesn’t it it’s not like um I’m trying to say thing it’s not sweet like a cake or anything but it.

Does have a nice uh uh just a nice Lor to me it tastes like butter see that it tastes like it already has butter on it I can see that so I’m going to try it with some syrup this is just regular syrup syrup I want I don’t have to I want to yeah I get to um I mean cuz you’re just going to taste the serup I like the texture too the texture is got.

A crispy outside but it’s got like a um kind of a light fluffier inside mhm that is really good and it’s not like some of the gluten-free stuff that’s kind of like gritty and grainy and stuff like that and chunky it’s not like that texture at all so it’s good I think it’s funny um I always get EG if we’re going to do a review of something.

If we’re going to have syrup or whatever I always get EG to go with with that I should because I love the gluten-free waffle I I just love the whole texture of them um because it’s so different should they are more expensive I know and we’re but I should but it would be more enjoyable if I would always buy the glueberry waffles cuz they are so.

Delicious so this is the blueberry go ahead and get you break some off this is the blueberry it’s the same calories uh two waffles 400 calories each two well this one actually this says 200 for two this one says blueberry says 190 for two okay so it is a little bit okay so this whole box is 5.90 this whole box is 560 it’s funny that the blueberry is fewer.

Calories who know so so 10 calories fewer for the blueberry okay it does actually have blueberries in it has the same amount of protein 5 g of protein I don’t think that’s why you’re buying waffles I think that’s what just protein they know if they put that on there that’s what everybody’s looking at these.

Days I’m not but that’s the buzz right now mhm what do you think of those they’re okay the um I like the just the homestop better I do too um I don’t mind the flavor of the blueberries it’s got a nice flavor to the texture of the blueberries is a little I don’t know it’s not bad it’s just you get the texture of the blueberry in there and if.

You like that that’s fine I’d rather not have something in there me too I like it better with syrup yeah I mean I know I know syrup right but I like it better with syrup because the blueberry by itself is so strong that it’s it’s almost floral yeah and it’s a strong flavor it’s a strong blueberry and and if you are crazy about blueberries you.

Are going to absolutely love us so they really came they showed up with the flavor because sometimes uh these companies they like put two or three in there and it’s like you know you you don’t even get that flavor unless you’re taking a specific bite this has had blueberry in every bite um blueberry in every one yeah there’s blueberry all.

Through here you’re not going to miss it my favorites the Homestyle too though uh these are the ones that I would buy all the time the texture does remind me of the vans so if you’re already buying the Vans or another gluten-free waffle I can only imagine they’re going to be the same as well uh then then you’ll like these two it’s going to come down to.

Price so nothing wrong with any of them no I like them and and uh I mean if you like blueberries go for it they’re they’re not bad they’re just you know the flavor they’re not my fa you know the texture of it Eggo which do you because we’re not gluten-free we can we have a choice which you know most people that are eating you know they don’t have.

A choice but we do so which one I think the GGO is a little crisper but it could be because you did them on two cycles two cycles and this you only did on one so if you done on two it would have been crisal see I think this is pretty crispy on one it is but it’s not as crispy and maybe the egos are a little drier too I don’t know right but I like these better.

I I I can eat them both yeah yeah so I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching oh
