Welcome to gluten-free Runner today I made a super easy no big three ingredient gluten-free Oreo truffle wow that’s a mouthful here are the ingredients feel free to take a screenshot so that you can participate and follow along with this delicious recipe so I use gluten-free double stuff Oreos you can use regular Oreos or.
Double stuff but if you use double stuff make sure to only use 4 oz of cream cheese instead of eight so if you use regular Oreos use 8 oz of cream cheese if you use double stuff use 4 oz of cream cheese first you’re going to open up your Oreos and put them in a food processor if you don’t have a food processor that’s okay you can put them.
In a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to Smo them up you can use your hands you can use a hammer whatever you need to do to smush those Oreos until they’re all nice and crumbed up then you’re going to take your cream cheese like I said I’m using double stuff so only 4 oz for me if you’re using regular Oreos make sure to.
Use the full 8 oz put it in a bowl and beat it with a handheld mixer until it’s nice and soft now take your Oreo crumbs and put them in with your beaded cream cheese next just mix it up and Tada once it gets to about this consistency where you can grab it and play with it and form it into shapes.
You’re going to roll it into balls like so I’m using a cookie scoop but you can just use a regular spoon or your hands you can measure with your eyes they don’t need to be all the same size this is a super easy no bake kidfriendly dessert and it’s very tasty roll those all up into balls and once you’re done you’re going to pop them in the freezer.
For no longer than 15 minutes that way they can firm up but they don’t get too hard if you need to wait longer you can put them in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour Once you pull them out of the fridge you’re going to want to prep your van your melting Wafers you can use vanilla or chocolate you can add some food.
Coloring whatever you want just so first you’re going to put your melting wafers in a bowl with about a teaspoon or so of oil the oil just makes it nice and not chunky and a little bit thinner and easier to dip the balls in I melted mine in the microwave in increments of 20 seconds and stirred it in between each one you take your nice cold Oreo truffle.
And coat it in the melting chocolate using a fork then once it’s all coated and covered in chocolate lightly gently tap it on the edge of the bowl to let the excess chocolate drip off and put it on a plate now at this point you’re going to want to add the sprinkles immediately because if you don’t it’ll Harden and the sprinkles won’t stick.
Keep repeating this process and decorating them with the melting chocolate and sprinkles As You Wish get creative have fun here they are all finished and beautiful these are the perfect treat for the holidays they’re super quick and easy they can be made anytime of day they’re super easy they don’t take long.
At all and they taste amazing and best of all they’re glutenfree thanks for watching Remember to like And subscribe for more gluten-free goodness Merry Christmas
