Hello YouTube and welcome to Kelly’s plant-based guide to eating out where I take a look at popular restaurants and I let you know what I would order from a plant-based healthy perspective now what am I looking for when I go and order out I’m looking for Whole Food things things that are whole food on the menu I don’t want to eat fake meat I don’t want to.

Eat fake food I want to eat real whole food ingredients fruits vegetables nuts seeds I’m also looking for gluten-free food I don’t want to eat gluten so we’re going to keep it gluten- free for the purposes of this we’re also looking for no animals we’re not going to be eating any animal-based foods so no no eggs no Dairy no gluten not none of that we’re.

Going to keep it low to no oil and it’s really hard to not eat oil when you eat out so we’re going to keep it low oil and we’re also going to keep it low fat today’s restaurant that we’re going to be taking a look at is a restaurant I’ve never been to before I don’t even think they have one of these near me but I’m taking a look at Nationwide chains and.

This is one it is kudoba Mexican eery I don’t know much about it so let’s take a look at the menu okay so here is their website let’s go to our menu and I guess our menu we can scroll create your own Masterpiece with 30 flavor packed ingredients and 150 combos okay so you can it’s like a build your.

Own Bowl type Place B n s interesting okay let’s see I don’t know if I can do it for me but let’s see Irvine maybe there is one by me oh hey there’s one in the airport that is really close to my house but I can’t order it online huh okay none of these we can order online but our menu here we go create your own okay so.

You can do a bowl you can do a burrito you can do a cheese crusty quesadilla you can do a salad so we’ll be looking for the purposes of this either add a bowl or a salad we could do corn tortillas on the tacos because corn tortillas wouldn’t be glutened if you really wanted to do tacos and Splurge a little bit on this.

You could do some Veggie Protein that’s cool you have vegetables as an option and we don’t want any cheese they have fita vegetables and guacamole that’s cool they got pico they got corn salsa got lots of Salsas they got jalapenos they got some we don’t need any cheese I wish had better toppings.

They don’t have very good toppings and then you could get guacamole this is seems like it’s a make your own type Place interesting okay Limit Out of Time offers let’s look at this we don’t want any steak we don’t want any of this I think I can’t really dig into it because I don’t have one near me that’s open to.

Really dig into it let’s just take a look at the allergen guide and we’ll go go that way so we want to avoid gluten obviously okay so black beans are something we can eat here we can eat the salsa we can’t eat the Crea obviously the cilantro is okay the cilantro lime rice is okay actually.

That’s cool we Pino beans are okay there’s lettuce there’s some brown rice yeah you could really throw there’s not much here but yeah guacamole some lettuce some beans some salsa you could actually throw something together that would be pretty good here we don’t really want any chicken.

Bowls The Impossible tacos so we don’t want that the impossible meat has gluten in it so you got to be careful with that stuff I wish they had like veggie tacos I don’t really have that it doesn’t really tell you what the veggies are and the veggies are probably really loaded with oil but it’s better than in nothing the potatoes are wheat obviously.

Yeah so kudoba that was real quick look it doesn’t look like they have too much information on their menu I don’t have any of them by me so I don’t think I can go to the order now to dig a little bit deeper into the menu does look like they have some decent ingredients on the menu that don’t have gluten and they don’t have the things that we don’t want to.

Eat in them so you would probably have to go in there and really ask them but again be really mindful of the gluten don’t get the chicken bowls because if you get the chicken bowl and you take off the protein it’s going to be a lot more so I would probably do the vegetables it looked like they had the heated vegetables just make sure it’s.

Not just loaded with oil ask to see what kind of oil they use if they use canola oil maybe see if you can get the vegetables raw see if they won’t cook the vegetables for you and see if you can just throw all the vegetables that they would normally cook into a bowl with lettuce and some beans maybe and you throw some guacamole on there you.

Throw some lemon on top of it you got a really delicious Bowl so this is definitely a place that you can eat out as a plant-based eater and you’re not going to be eating a amazing meal but you are going to be able to get some really good nutrition in and you can eat here so that’s my take on Coba I hope this helped you guys and I will be back.
