Deliciously Nutritious: Wholesome Gluten-Free Meals for Happy Tummies!

So let’s hop into what I give my kid for breakfast this is all gluten-free meals I like to use these chicken sausages um from Aldi I have some of these almond flour tortillas from Trader Joe’s and then from Costco I have these heirloom fresh eggs and they have just this beautiful Amber yolk I cut that sausage up I sauteed in a little bit of avocado.

Oil added his eggs and then my kid will not eat eggs unless there is ketchup on top so I put some ketchup on top of his and I gave him a Fuji apple next up I’m having basically the same thing I just have egg yolks on mine because the I’m allergic to the egg whites and then I have some almond flour tortillas they’re $3.99 at Trader Joe’s if you have one if.

Not the cete almond flour tortillas are delicious and my son ate this until there was nothing left next next up we have some Alba cor tuna I use the avocado oil mayo you can use Primal kitchen or chosen Foods I have a tangerine for him I usually like to give him some sort of fruit several times a day and then I have the almond flour.

Crackers as well as some of the Mar’s Mar’s Gone Crackers crackers so that is what I have in his bowl and then I always give him a stainless steel cup filled with filtered water and that’s basically all he drinks once in a while I’ll give him something like for a treat or for like a special night or a Friday or something like that I’m basically.

Eating the same thing I just don’t have the Marys going crackers this was one of those days where I didn’t know what I was making for lunch because I was out of every basically everything it was grocery shopping day so tuna always comes in clutch for that and of course you’re getting 33 g of protein whenever you’re using the albacore tuna we also.

Love the yellow fin tuna from Costco anything that’s wild caught that’s what I’m going for Aldi even carries one now for snack he just has some grainfree pretzels some guacamole and some sliced English cucumbers for dinner I kept it simple with mashed sweet potatoes sheet pan meatballs and broccoli so next up I woke up very early.

In the morning and I thought I was going to have time to myself but alas my son got up and he was hungry at 5 something in the morning so I just made two of those same chicken sausages they’re the chicken bre breakfast sausage they’re the never any brand and it’s I think it’s like country style I share them all the time in grocery hauls from Aldi so I.

Gave them two of those a sliced organic Pink Lady apple and some 2 tbspoon of just the almond butter that I get from Costco has no ingredients but almonds in it and I just Dash a little cinnamon on there it gives it a sweetness but this breakfast has protein and fat and fiber next up for kind of like second breakfast um I guess we’re like Mar and.

Pippen if you know that reference then you’re my people but I just made some grainfree um blueberry muffins I’ll share that recipe coming up soon and they were still hot so he needed a fork next up I have these chicken fingers and all I do is I cut up some chicken breast I get that from Aldi and it is just their.

Organic chicken breast I slice it up I add some what do you call it um almond flour and some tapioca starch I mix that together I add a little hot sauce and then I just spray it with some avocado oil put it on a roasting pan in the oven at 400° for about 30 minutes and it’s juicy they’re not crispy but they’re juicy they’re really really good and.

Then I just paired that with I’d make a warm potato salad and then I just tossed some green beans in that and it’s just the organic green beans that I get from Costco it’s just a big bag of frozen green beans dinner does not have to be complicated this took me 40 minutes and that was leftovers for the next day and that’s what we had for lunch that day so.

That was from dinner the night before next up I have pistachios some organic baby carrots and hopefully these don’t go on recoil again I don’t know what area you’re in but these have been recoiled several times next up I have this love bird cereal and it’s a cassava flour cereal it’s grain-free it’s gluten-free they also test for.

Glyphosate which is really important and I love that this is simple ingredients but when it comes to cereal I find that cereal there’s really not much to cereal it’s more of a snack than anything else so I always like to use it as a snack option these ingredients are great some of the best that I’ve ever seen in a cereal and this is cassava so this is a.

Carb so you you are going to have um you’re going to see all the gluten-free top nine allergen free non- GMO glyphosate free love all of that if you can’t deal with coconut this has coconut oil in it and coconut sugar but it’s just it’s really really tasty but I pair that with something that has fiber and something that has protein and healthy.

Fat so that he’s not just bouncing off the walls and it’s not a ton of sugar so I like to give him things that he likes but in a way that’s going to support his body so next up we have a couple this I could eat nachos every day and that’s what we’re getting into so I just went ahead and cut up some fresh cilantro black olives Tomatoes I have some.

Shredded lettuce I have some grain-free tortilla chips I get those from Aldi we buy a big bag cuz we go through a lot of those I have the um vegan cheddar from Aldi I have these are my favorite olives they’re absolutely delicious they have nothing in them but water and sea salt which is rare for canned olives they usually have like a farming agent and a.

Color retention agent and all the things it’s just the best one that I’ve found I get the bulk spices from sprouts and that’s what I’m putting on here just a little bit of Chipotle a little bit of paprika and then I like to add a little bit of sea salt and then I’m also going to add this to a pan with some avocado oil with some ground oregano as well so.

I always make like my own seasoning Blends I’m cooking that up and then we are topping our ciete chips with our cheese and our toppings and dinner is served it is that easy and it was so so good this is one of our favorite meals and it’s so easy to put together it took me 15 minutes until next time your life matters what you do with it matters so.

What will you stewarded well peace
