Healthy Home Cooked Meals for a Gluten-Free, 27 Weeks Pregnant Diet

Hello, thanks for stopping on my video! I hope you enjoy some fresh gluten-free ideas. At 27 weeks pregnant, here’s what I have been eating:

For breakfast, I had a big morning orange and almond milk matcha. I also enjoyed gf tiger bread, bacon, avocado, potato waffle, and maple butter.

I also had a mint chocolate chip smoothie, which I didn’t film. The smoothie consisted of 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract, 2 teaspoons cacao, cacao nips, frozen banana, and a cup of frozen spinach.

For dinner, I had a mini roast dinner that included chicken crown, gf Yorkshire pudding, parsnips, carrots, peas, and sweetcorn.

For dessert, I made a delicious treat by melting 1 cup of coconut milk with 200g dark chocolate and then pouring it into a dish to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. I topped it with berries.

These are some of the tasty and nutritious meals I’ve been enjoying during my pregnancy. I hope you find them helpful and inspiring for your own gluten-free journey!

Transcript: What I Eat in a Day | Gluten Free + 27 Weeks Pregnant | Home Cooked Meals

morning everyone welcome back to the channel it’s really early Sunday morning and I’m going to be filming another what eating a day completely gluten free I’m also 27 weeks pregnant I’ve been up since about 5 I.

Just woke up and I was so wide awake and I was C rving an orange I’ve craved oranges quite a lot like that’s one of the things that I’ve wanted loads during my pregnancy so I woke up and ate the last orange in the fridge at like 6:00 a.m. I’ve just obviously made a match and I’ve sat down to do some coursework because I actually.

Work a lot better in the morning anyway so I thought I may as well use the time to get some academic work done also picked up the camera because I was sat here thinking I’m really hungry for something and I can’t be Point what it is and then it came to me and I was like I really want a chicken and stuffing sandwich and it’s literally like 20 to 8.

I don’t have any stuffing but I really really want that like just a sandwich would be so good I found some uh well one of Sam’s colleagues said to me to try the glutenfree tig loaf bread in M&S and oh my God it is so good even Sam will eat it and Sam is the the fussiest person ever with food so it must be good if even he’ll eat it but yes that’s the.

Gest of the video is a gluten-free what I eat in a day focusing on Whole Foods nourishing foods and things that are going to support me and my baby during my pregnancy so I hope that you guys enjoy it and I’ll probably catch you when I make some breakfast because I’ve only had an orange so far I need to crack on with some the rest of my.

Coursework which is my pre and postnatal training which I am loving I absolutely love any sort of research so really enjoying that currently m.

my goodness I just completely forgot that I was filming or what I eat in a day and I’ve just had the best mint choc chip smoothie I’ll write the recipe below because I obviously didn’t film it cuz I completely forgot that I was filming a white day cuz my friend’s been around.

And we had a little coffee um so yeah sorry sorry about that but I will put the recipe below because it’s amazing um I’m going to get a slightly different protein powder and make it for Sam as well because I think that he’ll really like it it’s it’s so good and it’s got no refined sugars in and it’s.

Just but yeah I’m going to sit down now do some editing order do some more baby bits because we need to get a little chest of draw for this room and just get a crack on my stuff because I was saying to Sam like babies are born like premature and hopefully that won’t happen but if that would to happen we literally have.

Nothing and it would be very stressful so Buggy’s on its way car seats on the way I think we’re going to order cots and things so I do a little baby haul get.

My camera’s really close really zoomed in um I’ve just prepped lunches for the week and I’m about to start I wanted an early roast but I think now the baby’s getting really big I’m getting full really really quickly so I’m probably going to do it a little bit later but I am going to prep me and Sam a chocolate tort I feel like this is so zoomed in um.

So I’m going to make this them now and I’m going to pop them in these cute little Posh glasses and I’m hoping it’s going to be all very minimal ingredients but I just thought that was quite a nice treat on a Sunday.

night we ended up going for lighting is horrible um a quick evening walk just because my digestion is so bad and exercise obviously really helps get things moving so went for a little walk and now I’m going to finish the evening.

With a mini roast we’re just going to have like it’s not a proper roast I just can’t be bothered I’m tired and I just can’t eat much so yeah we’re going to have a mini roast now but thank you guys so much for watching and I hope that you’ve enjoyed this video and giving you loads of glutenfree.
