Navigating the Gluten-Free Maze: Challenges and Triumphs of Week 3

hello and welcome to week three I think I’m starting to see a couple of like improvements in my skin my skin texture is starting to lighten up and I’m super grateful for that so I’m feeling quite good I do have some activity on the but you know what I’m trying to have a more positive mindset.

Than what I had last week last week was a little bit hard maybe like eliminating some foods is a little bit difficult I will say that the most difficult thing to eliminate is gluten by far but that’s definitely the number one challenge my sister gave me good recommendations that Trader Joe’s has really good gluten-free breads and pasta so I’m going to try to.

Give that a go it is Saturday and it’s a little bit chilly it’s April but it’s colder than it was in March and in February so I have my hardcore jacket on and we’re going to go walk the dogs I will keep you posted on how my skin does but week three I do have makeup on obviously but week three is starting off better than week 2 did.

So I’m happy with that we are at a random horse show woohoo these are Arabian horses that are going going by and one is in timeout right now so just waiting a little bit and it’s the first time that theago touch the horse I just wanted to show that I’m.

Still doing this mask I’m sure you’re really familiar with red light therapy for skin and blue light therapy I am doing a red light and I’ve been doing this for over 8 n weeks now I do think that it has a great plump effect and like smoothing effect I’ve seen a lot of great plumpness like around my upper cheeks my eyes my forehead that’s great.

Also think it helps with like regenerate skin which to me sounds like it should help with scaring it should help with acne um but it isn’t specific Blue Light which is like the got a NCH on my nose it’s not the specific Blue Light which is what is known to help with acne I do have a smaller one of these it’s like this big that I can just hold up to my.

Skin and Target the specific spot so I have been doing that on and off I did just want to show another tool that I’ve been using behind the scenes and include it in the video as well all righty and this is what my skin looks like after the omnilux red light I see like a great smoothness I like it this is the little nose press that maybe.

Was on a little too tight but as you can see I’m still seriously still struggling with the rash around my chin this is just a bit of vitamin C so I have been filming a lot this week because I’ve just wanted to bake a lot so that’s what I’ve done okay Switching microphones okay I wanted to take a moment and give a little bit of update.

Since I’m in week three of my anti-inflammatory diet and there have been some real struggles so my skin is just not improving I will take a little bit of a close-up here so this is the end of week three it’s Thursday and tomorrow I’ll take a video of what my skin looks like week four I’ve only seen my skin get worse I’ll be.

Really honest with you I have cut out Dairy sugar alcohol uh veg vable oils but gluten has been a really really difficult variable to remove I will say that I have definitely still consumed gluten not as much as I used to I’m more conscious of not but I personally love to bake I love to bake breads and cookies and cakes and so many things.

That have gluten so I I have two thoughts one that my skin is not improving because it has nothing to do with what I’m eating and the second is my skin is not improving because gluten is the thing that is making my skin be this way um and it’s the one thing that I haven’t been able to perfectly cut out I actually don’t think either is true I.

Do think food will have some sort of effect hopefully at the end of these 8 weeks that can see something so anyway if you have successfully cut out gluten from your life what are your tips and tricks I feel so silly doing that because as a vegetarian I know how to cut something out for good I’ve cut out meat I’ve never eaten it in the last 14.

15 years something in me clearly isn’t that committed to eliminating gluin or else I would just do it I don’t know if it’s the thing that causes my acne but I need to figure it out so maybe maybe I’ll just finish out this 8we experiment seeing if my skin improves with the eliminations of everything and and decreasing gluten as much as possible.

Knowing that here and there I have slipped and I probably will continue to slip but I do need to have like a perfect controlled experiment of maybe just eliminating gluten so maybe that’ll be a part two after this and another reason why I still really want to do this experiment is because of the neutral supplement that I’m taking so I.

Am taking neutral every single day it’s supposed to be an 8 to 12 week dosage and by that time you you should see clearing up of your acne if food is this uncontrolled variable right now in this experiment the one thing that is controlled is I am taking these supplements every single day so regardless of what the food does these.

Supplements should shine through if they really do work I’m kind of thinking that I want to continue as I said with the diet situation that I described but I’m also going to do this to see the efficacy of these nutriful skin pills I know that nutriful is like everywhere regarding hair supplements but the skin supplements are new and I haven’t really.

Seen anyone talk about that so happy to to really think about this eight week experiment as an 8we experiment with neutral to see if it’s actually effective definitely still something for me to look forward to I think seeing my skin get worse and worse was definitely having a huge toll on on me but over the last couple days I’ve just told myself.

This is temporary my skin just like it’s getting worse can get better and I hope to find a solution sometime soon long story short some changes but also still steadfast on this journey of healing my skin tomorrow is a new week week four I’ll take new videos of how everything is looking without makeup and continue forward okay.
