Today in the kitchen, I’m making some pasta salad. I’m going to get some water boiling in this pot before I add the noodles. So, I’ve turned this on to high heat, and I’m just going to let this boil. And then once it gets to rolling boil,.
I’m going to add in the Higher Harvest by HB gluten-free fusili pasta to use for the pasta salad. The water is boiling pretty good now. I’m going to go ahead and add in the pasta. I’m going to set a timer for 10 minutes. So, when I get to 2 minutes left, I’m going to add in a splash of olive.
Oil. When I first put them in, I’m just going to give that a good stir. And then I’m just going to let them boil for the rest of the 10 minutes. Okay, I have 2 minutes left and I’m just going to give it a splash of olive oil and then stir that around and let it continue for two more minutes.
And my 10-minute timer just went off. So, I’m going to go ahead and drain the pasta. And then I’m just going to take that strainer and shake it around and let it drain some more. And then put it back into the pot with it still in the strainer and let it continue to make sure that it’s draining all that water.
