Wholesome Comfort in a Pot: Savor the Creamy Goodness Without the Gluten!

Hey everyone thank you for watching my channel my name’s Amanda and today I made a creamy chicken in the crock pot and served it over pasta it is so tasty let me show you how I made it I am feeding a family of five so here’s what I am using for this recipe two boneless chicken breasts and they’re a decent size both of them you’re also.

Going to need one pack of Italian dressing mix cream cheese butter I’m using gluten-free pasta for myself regular pasta for my other family members you’re going to need garlic you’re going to need cream of chicken condensed soup and that’s gluten-free as well I got that from Walmart and also some chicken.

Broth then that’s also gluten-free too and I got that from Aldi’s so let’s go ahead and get started I am cooking m in my ninja foodie possible cooker pro I absolutely love this it is amazing I also have crockpots as well you can use either if you’re using a crock pot definitely spray the inside nicely with some pan.

Spray but if you do have a ninja foodie possible cooker pro and you are cooking with it for this recipe you do not need to spray the inside it cleans up so nicely it is amazing how well it cleans up after cooking in it now you can take the chicken breast and just throw it directly into the crockpot or your ninja or you can.

Butterfly it like I am doing and then put it into the crock pot or your ninja I like making this recipe when I butterfly the chicken just because it Cooks up nicely and then at the end when it’s all done and ready I’m going to go head and shred it so that way it’s perfect for each plate for my kids because they’re little and you know this.

Just makes it really easy for them to manage on their plates this recipe calls for three cloves of garlic you can add more if you like and I am just going to um slice mine up you can leave it whole or even mince it up just you know you can add it in how you would like to.

Place the chicken in your Ninja or your crock pot um if you would like to if you have a ninja foodie possible cooker pro you can paner your chicken if you would like to make it a little more fancier um that is an option you can do with this recipe and it is tasty doing it that way too especially if you’re doing like a dinner party and you want to make it.

Nice and finesse and then you would just leave the chicken pieces whole instead of shredding them up at the end and then go ahead and place your garlic on top the nice thing about the ninja is you can hander the chicken right in it now we’re going to take a 14 cup of butter and we’re going to add it into a bowl that we can microwave and then.

You’re also going to need 4 oz of cream cheese and you’re going to want to microwave it until it’s nice and soft and that way you can stir it nicely I microwaved mine for a good 45 seconds I did not want to you know cook it in the microwave but I just wanted to make it really soft so that way I could really mix it well.

Together now that the Butter’s melted and the cream cheese is nice and soft we’re going to we’re going to go ahead and mix this until it’s nicely combined you will have a little bit of chunks and that’s fine um just definitely mix it together as best as you can now we’re going to take our 10.5 o of cream of chicken condensed soup and.

You do not want to dilute it we’re just going to go ahead and add this to the bowl with the cream cheese and the butter and we’re going to go ahead and mix this in nicely I like this one a lot and especially being gluten-free this one is really tasty I get it from Walmart it is in the gluten-free section in Walmart if.

You’re trying to find it and it’s definitely really nice cuz it’s great for making other dishes um that cost for it and it’s a reasonable price for being gluten-free now that the cream of chicken is in there we’re just going to go ahead and mix this all together I am using a 7 oz of Italian salad dressing and recipe mix now you’re.

Going to add it into the bowl and mix it in I got this one from Walmart now it does not say gluten-free on it I know that Walmart is pretty good about putting gluten-free labels on some things um definitely use it to your discretion if you would like to use it as being glutenfree I am gluten-free and I have.

Read over the ingredients I have done research on it I have not seen anything in there that is alarming to me I have not had any problems using this um Italian mix um but definitely use it to your discretion if you prefer you want to use it or not and if you do find one that does say glutenfree on it please let me know I would love to.

Know now you need 34 cups of chicken broth and this one’s gluten-free and I got this from Aldi’s it is organic and what was nice about it when I got it it was on sale so I stocked up on a few because I do cook a lot with chicken broth and so it’s just nice to have on hand especially when you know it’s fall and you tend to make more soups because.

You know everyone’s getting sick or you just want something nice and warm and comfy comforting kind of food so I definitely keep chicken broth on stock in my house now you’re going to mix all these ingredients together and then we’re going to go ahead and dump it in the Ninja or you can dump it in your crock pot whichever one you’re using and.

You’re going to pour it all over top of the chicken you’re going to want to make sure that you smother the chicken if you need to just kind of reshuffle the chicken around move some of the um the cream that you’re adding on top just kind of make sure that it’s coating the chicken so that way it Cooks.

Nicely now that all the ingredients are in we’re going to go ahead and put the lid on we’re going to turn the ninja foodie possible cooker pro on we’re going to set it to low we’re going to have it on slow cook and we’re going to set it for 6 hours and we’re going to hit start now you can cook it for 6 to 8 hours I’m cooking mine for 6 hours so.

That way we have dinner done around like 5:30 tonight now there’s like 16 minutes left on my clock for it to be done for the chicken so I’m going to go ahead and start getting my water ready so I can go ahead and make pasta again I am doing one gluten-free and one with regular wheat pasta look how nice this turned out it.

Is so tasty and it smells amazing I love one cooking in the crock poot and the house just smells so good so now that it’s done we’re going to go ahead and remove the chicken we’re going to let it cool and then we will shred it up in a bit but still leave your crock pot on so it stays nice and warm now if you were doing this for like a nice sit down.

Dinner with like friends and family you don’t have to shred it if you don’t want to you can just put each individual piece of chicken on top of the pasta and serve it that way that way it’s really nice and finesse or you can just shred it up and serve it that way as well it’s your decision on how you want to Plate it and serve it I decided I’d go ahead.

And heat up some broccoli I have k so I’m always trying to get vegetables in wherever I can so adding this to this dish I thought would be perfect and plus they enjoy broccoli a lot so this is definitely a huge bonus for me I added butter some olive oil and some salt and then I just heated it up to the directions as it says on the.

Bag the water is to a nice boil so it is time to start cooking the pasta I’m going to start off by doing the gluten-free pasta first I always like to do my gluten-free stuff first that way I’m handling that and not out the wheat um so then once I’m done making my gluten-free pasta I’ll go ahead and start getting in the wheat in the other.

Um pot but what I like to do is um when I’m cooking gluten-free pasta if you have found that sometimes when your gluten-free pasta really sticks together I have noticed that when you put your pasta in the pot go ahead and like stir it right away and turn it down just a little you don’t want to keep it completely High because.

Then you’ll find that the pasta really starts to stick together I’m using regular pasta for my family members cuz no one else in my family is gluten-free but me and I will also have the recipe um listed in the description box down below and in this recipe it actually calls for angel hair pasta and the name of the dish is.

Actually called Crock-Pot Angel chicken but I’m not using angel hair pasta I normally just have regular pasta stocked in my pantry so my kids just know it as has the creamy chicken so that’s what we’ve been calling it and it is a phenomenal tasty recipe it is so so good you definitely got to try it especially if you’re just looking for something.

Simple and easy to make but still has a really nice flavor it is really tasty now we’re going to take the chicken and we’re going to go ahead and shred it up and then just place it right back in the crock pot so it stays nice and warm and once the um crockpot or your Ninja food possible CER Pro is done don’t turn it off just let it keep cooking so that way.

It stays nice and warm so by the time your pasta is done we can go ahead and plate it up now mix the chicken in with the cream and we’re going to check to see if our pasta is done so we can go ahead and serve it all up I really love this Ladle that came with my ninja foodie possible cooker pro.

It’s awesome because it just rests right on the side it’s got this little hook but the pasta is done and it’s time to go ahead and drain it and let’s go ahead and plate everything up I like to drain the gluten-free pasta first that way I’m using my strainer first with the gluten-free pasta and then once I have that done then I will.

Um strain the wheat pasta with it now I’m going to go ahead and add broccoli to everyone’s plate everything is ready the creamy chicken it’s time to put that on top of the pasta and I can put all the plates out on the dining room table and we can all sit down as a family and enjoy this nice lovely meal and it is so tasty you.

Definitely want to try it especially if you’re looking for easy simple Crock-Pot meals and something that tastes really good my kids help set the napkins and the utensils out and this is the last plate to be plated with the creamy chicken on top now we can all sit down and and enjoyed dinner it is so tasty everyone thoroughly enjoyed it it’s.

Definitely one of my kids favorites and I love how easy it is to make and it’s still really tasty and there was definitely leftovers I hope you guys enjoyed what I made I hope you try it out please subscribe I will be having more recipes coming lots more gluten-free things but I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend.

Thanks take care guys bye
